Follow up: your take on the Whale Trail whales

We are officially wrapping up the great whale debate.

Last week the Blogfather asked you what you thought of the new, colorful cetaceans dotting the Cape's landscape.  We asked for your comments on that page and in our front page poll, the results of which follow here.  But before that, here are six more Hyannis whales for you to take a gander at:

And the results of the poll (as of 6/20/06):

What do you think of the Whale Trail whales dotting the Cape's Landscape?
I think they're cool! -   18.92 % (7)
What an eyesore. -   5.41 % (2)
The visitors seem to like them. -   2.70 % (1)
It's hard to tell what some of them are. -   8.11 % (3)
I think it's great--it's for charity. -   5.41 % (2)
Could have been worse. Could have been crabs. -    59.46 % (22)

And there you have it.  The winner was "could have been worse, could have been crabs."  Oh, well, there's always next year!
