Yarmouth police seek hit & run driver
YARMOUTH
- Yarmouth Police are seeking a driver who allegedly struck a 47-year old man on Route 28 in Yarmouth by the CVS/Pharmacy about 7:30 PM Monday. The man was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. A passenger mirror found at the scene and description given by the victim led police to determine the vehicle was a tan 1998-2000 model Toyota Camry. Car hits building at Mashpee Commons
MASHPEE
- A driver escaped injury after their Subaru Legacy Outback station wagon struck the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank at Mashpee Commons around 2:30 PM this afternoon.

Damage to the building was described as minor. Mashpee Police are investigating if it was a case of hitting the gas instead of the brake.
