Man reportedly robbed at gunpoint in Hyannis
HYANNIS - Updating a story Cape Wide News was first to report, Four people are under arrest in connection with an overnight attempted armed robbery in Hyannis. A man apparently told police seven masked men robbed him outside the rear of the British Beer Company pub in Hyannis just before 12:30 AM. The victim told police one of the suspects showed a gun and the group demanded his wallet and cell phone. Police quickly caught up to some of the suspects nearby on North Street. 18-year old Domingo Texeira of Dennis, 19-year old Troy Monteiro of New Bedford, 18-year old Gawenchard Tereau of Dennis and 21-year old Marques Lima of Hyannis were all charged with attempted armed robbery while masked and assault with a dangerous weapon (firearm). Tereau was also charged with resisting arrest. There was a report several gun shots were heard being fired near the CVS pharmacy but  no one was apparently hit. Two masks were recovered but the gun is still missing and police are still looking for 3 other suspects who were reportedly involved. Driver escapes injury in rollover
WEST BARNSTABLE - A driver escaped serious injury after her vehicle rolled over on the Mid Cape Highway. The crash happened about 9 AM Thursday on the eastbound side of Route 6 under the Exit 5 overpass. State Police cited the driver 28-year old Lindsey Parvin of Centerville speeding and failure to stay in marked lanes. The Times reports Parvin's vehicle went under a Cape Cod Express Truck before flipping over. Posted on 12/08 at 12:00 AM; updated on 12/08 at 6:30 AM. 

Juvenile charged in Falmouth restuarant vandalism
FALMOUTH
- A juvenile was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 after an incident Wednesday night. Police allege he smashed out several windows at Seafood Sams on Palmer Avenue with a baseball bat about 9:30 PM. The suspect reportedly fled into a nearby apartment complex but was quickly captured by police. He was to be arraigned today in Falmouth juvenile court. Posted on 12/07 at 3:30 PM.
