Five injured in beach parking lot crash
DENNIS - Five people were taken to Cape Cod Hospital following a vehicle crash in the parking lot of West Dennis Beach about 9:15 PM Thursday. Ambulances from Dennis and Yarmouth transported the victims to the hospital. None of the injuries appear life-threatening. According to Dennis Police a vehicle driven by 19-year old Cheri Eastman of West Dennis was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by 19-year old Kevin Esperence of Milton as Eastman was pulling into a parking spot. The impact pushed Eastman's car into a third vehicle. There were two passengers in Eastman's car Sheryl Erb, and Mark Berquist both 17 of South Dennis. Esperence had one passenger in his vehicle 17-year old Emily Sylvia of South Dennis. Dennis Police cited Esperence for speeding and failing to use care in stopping.   

Woman injured after vehicle hits pharmacy

HARWICH - An elderly woman was taken to Cape Cod Hospital after her vehicle hit a pillar in front of the CVS/Pharmacy at 10 Post Office Square in Harwichport about 3 PM. Harwich Police are investigating the crash. There does not appear to be any structural damage to the building itself. Further details were not immediately available. Posted on 12/14 at 4:15 PM. 

Driver escapes injury in Route 6 rollover
YARMOUTH
- A Provincetown man escaped injury after his pickup flipped over on Route 6. The crash happened about 7 AM on the westbound side at exit 7 and the scene was captured by a Cape Wide News reader.

 State Police are investigating and believe 21-year old Oneil McKenley hit a curb before rolling over.

He was cited for failing to stay in marked lanes. The crash caused minor delays for the morning commute. Posted on 12/14 at 2:00 PM.

Traffic stop leads to two arrests in Dennis
DENNIS
- A traffic stop led to two men being arrested Wednesday evening in Dennis. About 5:45 PM Ptl. John Brady spotted a vehicle on Route 28 near Sea Street. Ptl. Brady recognized the passenger 28-year old Thaddeus Hill of Yarmouth as having outstanding warrants and stopped the vehicle. Hill allegedly fled the vehicle but was quickly tracked down nearby with the assistance of Yarmouth Patrol Officer Peter McClelland his K-9 partner Kobe. Hill was arrested for the warrants and possession of class D (marijuana) and class E (ecstasy). The operator of the vehicle 22-year old Lauren Sollis of Sandwich was also arrested on charges of  possession of class D and possession of class E as well as a motor vehicle violation. Hill was held overnight while Sollis was released on recognizance. Both were due to be arraigned Thursday morning in Orleans District Court. Posted on 12/14 at 3:00 PM.
