Alleged bank robber caught in Bourne
BOURNE
- Bourne Police believe they have the man who robbed the TD Banknorth on Barlows Landing Road February 22nd.

A tip from the public in response to a surveillance video image led police to arrest 31-year old James Griffin of Pocasset.

He was due to be arraigned today in Falmouth District Court.

Minor flooding reported during storm
CAPE COD
- The same storm system that spawned deadly tornadoes in the Dixie states and blizzard conditions inthe midwest spared the Cape any major problems. About 1 1/2 to 2 inches of rain fell during the day today. Some street flooding was reported including parts of Route 6A in Barnstable and there were a few reported of flooded basements but no major problems were reported as a result of the storm.
