SOUTH DENNIS – Nearly 50 Dennis seniors packed the conference room at the new Police headquarters Wednesday morning attending a program on Senior Driving Safety presented by AAA Southern New England and the Dennis Police Department. After introductory remarks by Officer Jim Sullivan and Chief Michael Whelan, John Paul, Manager of Traffic Safety at AAA, presented the program entitled “The Older and Wiser Driver.”

During the sixty-minute presentation he shared practical information on how seniors can compensate for the physical changes that affect their ability to drive. Dennis officers Jim Sullivan and Kathleen Mei organized the event.
