BOURNE -  Firefighters attempt to remove one their ambulances stuck in the snow at intersection of County Road and Barlows Landing Road Sunday (12-20-09) morning around 9:00 AM. According to Bourne Fire Deputy Joseph Cararra at the scene, the ambulance was responding to a medical call when it became stuck. It took firefighters, utilizing a front-end loader, over an hour to remove the ambulance from the snow.

BOURNE - Sunday morning, December 20, 2009, Bourne Police Officer Jeff Lanoie helped shovel out a stranded female motorist from a snow bank on Portside Drive in Bourne.  The extreme blizzard conditions caused a near white out on the roadways Sunday during the Cape's first winter snow storm. 

Snow is expected to slow around 10 a.m. Sunday morning and end some time after midday.
