Yarmouth PD weekly arrests include OUI, OUI 2nd offense, assault and battery and warrants

YARMOUTH - During the past week, from Thursday, August 5 through Thursday, August 12, the men and women of theYarmouth Police Departmentresponded to 757 calls resulting in the criminal charges against 44 individuals.

The following are some of the moresignificant criminal events during that period.

On Friday, August 6 at 11:33 a.m., Elizabeth Marie Medeiros, 54, of Baxter Avenue in West Yarmouth, was arrested by Patrol Investigator Erica Wenberg during a domestic violence call at that address and charged with Assault and Battery.

On Friday, August 6 at 11:57 a.m., Salena Ann Small, 23, of Cove Road in South Dennis, was arrested by Patrol Officer Michael Kramer during a theft call on Station Avenue and charged with Felony Identity Fraud, Felony Burglary and Felony Larceny.

On Saturday, August 7 at 1 a.m., Leland A. Grayson, 54, of Thatcher Road in South Yarmouth, was arrested by Patrol Investigator Christopher Van Ness during a suspicious person call on South Shore Drive on an outstanding warrant.

On Saturday, August 7 at 1:40 a.m., Thomas Joseph Cook, 19, of Route 6 in Eastham, was arrested by Court Officer Neal Donohue after a motor vehicle accident on Route 28 and charged with OUI Liquor, Operating to Endanger and Marked Lanes Violations.

On Sunday, August 8 at 1:20 a.m., Keith B. Forker, 50, of Chase Street in Dennisport, was arrested by Patrol Officer Justin Haire during a vehicle stop on Route 28 and charged with OUI Liquor, Operating to Endanger and Marked Lanes Violations.
NO IMAGEOn Sunday, August 8 at 1:30 a.m., David C. Nickerson, 57, of Victory Lane in South Yarmouth, was arrested by Patrol Officer Paul Mellett during a vehicle stop on Lyman Lane and charged with OUI Liquor 2nd Offense, Operating to Endanger and Marked Lanes Violations.

On Sunday, August 8 at 9:45 p.m., Brian C. McGrath, 53, of Turtle Cove in South Yarmouth, was arrested by Patrol Officer Paul Mellett during a vehicle stop on Buck Island Road and charged with OUI Liquor, Operating to Endanger, Marked Lanes Violations and Speeding.

Sunday, August 8 at 11:15 p.m., Alan William Woods, 49, of Bliscott Avenue in South Yarmouth, was arrested by Patrol Investigator Mary Gibney during a domestic violence call at that address on an outstanding warrant.

On Monday, August 9 at 9:32 a.m., Jonathan Thomas Taylor, 31, of Lake Road East in West Yarmouth, was arrested by Patrol Officer Michael Kramer during a warrant service at that address on three outstanding warrants.

On Monday, August 9 at 12:46 p.m., Brandon Thomas Fenton, 17, of Circuit Road North in West Yarmouth, was arrested by Patrol Officer Albert Sprague during a domestic violence call at that address and charged with Assault and Battery.

On Monday, August 9 at 6:33 p.m., Nathan Howes Eldridge, 20, of Cranberry Lane in South Yarmouth, was arrested by K9 Patrol Officer Marc Thibeault during a warrant service at Higgins Crowell Road on an outstanding warrant.

On Monday, August 9 at 9:27 p.m., Gregory J. Cesarz, 44, of Route 28 in West Yarmouth, was arrested by Patrol Officer Mark Noone during a vehicle stop on Route 28 and charged with OUI Liquor, Operating to Endanger and Marked Lanes Violations.

On Tuesday, August 10 at 4:10 p.m., Robert P. Parris, 27, of Joshua Baker Road in West Yarmouth, was arrested by Detective Stephen Renzi during a warrant service on Higgins Crowell Road on an outstanding warrant.

On Tuesday, August 10 at 11:44 p.m., Karen A. LeBow, 29, of Foxboro, MA, was arrested by Patrol Investigator David Dickey during a vehicle stop on Wood Road and charged with OUI Liquor, Operating to Endanger and Marked Lanes Violations.

On Thursday, August 12 at 2:18 a.m., Tyler S. DeAnthony, 20, Rebecca Road in Harwich, was arrested by Patrol Investigator Scott Lundegren during a vehicle stop on Indian Memorial Drive and charged with Operating with a Revoked License, Speeding and an outstanding warrant.
