HARWICH - The Harwich Police confirmed late last night that Charles Birchett was killed when his Ford Contour struck two trees at about 5:15 p.m., Thursday.
They also said that a seat belt probably would not have been able to save Birchett, who was driving south on Depot Road when his Ford Contour struck a guardrail and he lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree on the driver's side door.

FALMOUTH - One was injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash near the Stop & Shop on Teaticket Highway in Falmouth early Friday morning, August 27, 2010 around 1 a.m.

The man was taken by MedFlight helicopter to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.
