Stranded dolphin rescued off Brewster beach Friday

Members of the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) rescued a stranded dolphin off the beach at Crosby Landing in Brewster Friday morning, December 3, 2010, around 9:30 a.m. 

The team of rescuers transported the common dolphin to a specialized heated van for evaluation. 

There is no word yet on the dolphin’s condition.
