LEWIS, Jeffery, 27, 447 Long Pond Dr, Yarmouth; assault & battery April 25 2010 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

MANCHA, Darren, 22, 2877 Falmouth Heights Rd, Rte 28, Marstons Mills; larceny of credit card, larceny over $250, identity fraud September 2 2010 in Barnstable.  Continued without a finding until February 15, 2012.

MCALLISTER, Patrick James, 31, 254 Main St, Dennisport; larceny from a person August 9 2010 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Nine months, house of correction, less thirty-three days' credit.

PANAGROSSI, Erik R, 17, 30 Harvard St,  Halifax; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, amended to Class D drug possession over one ounce (marijuana); drug violation near a school, January 11 in Sandwich.  Drug violation near school, dismissed.  Class D drug possession over one ounce, continued without a finding until February 15, 2012. 

SERGIO, Jeffrey D, 41, 52 Sandpiper Cir Apt 7, Falmouth; receiving stolen property over $250, December 7 2010 in Sandwich.  Guilty plea.  Sixty days, house of correction less thirty-six days' credit.

SETTERLAND, Joshua D, 24, 24 Little Hollow Rd, Plymouth; breaking & entering at nightime for the purpose of a felony, two counts of assault & battery, November 20 2010 in Barnstable.  Jury trial.  All dismissed.

BONASIA, Jeffery S, 51, 116 Main St, Apt 2A, Charlestown; OUI liquor, February 11 in Wellfleet.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 28.

BUFFINGTON, Jonathan M, 49, 1200 Samoset Rd, Eastham; OUI liquor, February 15 in Eastham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 7.

DISPOSITIONS

GURIAN, Peter A, 54, 37 W. Youngs Rd, W. Chatham; threat to commit a crime, attempted murder, permit abuse of an elderly or disabled person February 13 in Chatham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 28.  According to police reports, a dispute over the victim's care and her caregivers resulted in Mr. Gurian, allegedly "in a fit of rage" attempting to strangle the victim.  She survived but refused to be examined.

CONTE, Paul A, 42, 78 Winch St, Framingham; OUI liquor, December 6 2010 in Chatham.  Dismissed.

O'SULLIVAN, Ryan V, 33, 254 Main St Apt 20, Dennisport; OUI liquor, second offense, September 8 2010 in Dennis.  Held on probable cause of a probation violation. O'Sullivan's first OUI arrest was on July 23 2010 in South Yarmouth.
