MALO, Jamie L, 36, 22 Autumn Dr, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon (vodka), assault & battery February 18 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 9.  According to police reports, the alleged suspect beat the victim and threw the liquor he was drinking into her eyes.

DISPOSITIONS

COFFIN, Lisa C, 23, Shootflying Hill Rd, Centerville; larceny over $250, November 26 2010 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Fifty months' probation; restitution.

GILE, Jessica, 19, 13 Judy Ann Ln, Falmouth; Class B drug possession (Percoset), January 9 in Sandwich.  Dismissed.

GIOVANGELO, Gina L, 18, 73 Vandermint Ln, Hyannis; motor vehicle homicide by negligence, leaving the scene of personal injury May 18 2010 in Barnstable.  Nolle prosequi.

ARRAIGNMENTS

VIERA, Lauren A, 19, 55 Lakefield Rd, S. Yarmouth; trafficking in cocaine, February 18 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 18.  According to police reports, a marked Yarmouth Police Department cruiser patrol following a white 2002 Dodge ran a registry query, and found the vehicle's registration had expired September 2010.  The patrolman noticed the odor of marijuana.  A search of the vehicle and its four occupants turned up about two ounces of marijuana, and 21.8 grams of crack cocaine. 

DISPOSITIONS

LOOBY, Peter J, 61, 47 Inman Rd, Dennis Port; assault & battery on a person over 60 or a disabled person, February 14 in Dennis.  Dismissed.
