COUGHLIN, Dylan J, 18, 60 School St, Hyannis; breaking & entering in daytime for felonious purposes, larceny over $250 September 23 2010 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 1. 

KOPCAK, Shane.  All details at O'GRADY, below.  Shane Kopcak was used as an alias.

O'GRADY, Jonathan P, 18, 24 Rte 130, Forestdale; person under 21 in possession of liquor, March 1 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 8.  A police chase of a speeding car on Rte 130 ended when the car crashed into a tree at 6 Songbird.  The driver, O'Grady passed a field sobriety test.  No medical attention was necessary. 

PHILLIPS, Michaela A, 33, 11 Whipperwill Cir, Mashpee; child endangerment while OUI; OUI liquor, second offense; alcohol from an open container March 1 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 8.

SMITEL, Carol B, 66, 164 Weir Rd, Yarmouth; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation March 1 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 28.

SNOW, Angela R, 31, 178 Castlewand Cir, Hyannis; larceny of credit card, larceny over $250 by single scheme, January 16 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 8.

DILCREE, Jason, 29, Winter St, Hyannis; sex offender failure to register, January 3 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Defendant dismissed.

ROBINSON, Jeremy R, 21, 185 Stevens St Apt #2A, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime July 9 2010 in Yarmouth.  Both counts dismissed.

TAVARES, Jeffrey Nicholas, 21, 39 Duane Ave, Yarmouth; aggravated assault & battery, November 15 2010 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

WRIGHT, Renee, 22, 800 Bearse's Way Apt 58C, Hyannis; two counts, larceny over $250; three counts, receiving stolen property over $250; three counts, uttering a false check.  Jury trial.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  All counts, continued without a finding until March 1, 2012.  $4,600 restitution to Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank (Cape Cod Five).  Must stay away from Cape Cod Five.

LINDBERG, Jonathan D, 28, 21 Rolling Acres Ln, E. Falmouth; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation February 22 in Falmouth.  24D program.  Continued without a finding until February 28 2012.

MCDADE, Jared J, 25, 7 Wheelhouse Cir, E. Falmouth; P.O. Box 630, N. Falmouth; assault & battery, March 2 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 19.

POGUE, Marcus D, 17, 2 Amos Cir, Mashpee; assault & battery, October 31 2010 in Mashpee.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 12.  According to police reports, a Mashpee Police Department special patrol for Halloween dispatched detectives to the area of Pequot Rd, per reports of a large fight in the street.  Subsequent to this, police reports indicate the intended victim escaped injury that night due to his costume.   The alleged victim is said to have been targeted for something his former girlfriend said to her current boyfriend, Pogue.

WISENER, David L, 37, 29 Cranberry Rd, Buzzards Bay; assault & battery March 1 in Bourne.  Pretrial conference not yet scheduled.

YENNAGO, Thomas G, 44, 286 S. Elm St, Manchester NH; larceny over $250 by false pretenses March 25 2010 in Mashpee.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 24.
