ATSALIS, Marina L, 20, 14A Cammett Rd, Marstons Mills; leaving accident scene after property damage, November 1 in Barnstable.  Pretrial probation to end on September 7.  According to police reports, officers responding to a report of a hit-and-run heard a description from a witness.  A male standing nearby stated he witnessed a gray Ford Taurus with two females inside (later found to be three).  The officer proceeded to the Covell's Beach lot, a known youth hangout.  He watched a vehicle matching the description enter the lot, turn around and exit.  Atsalis, the operator was arrested. 

CLAUDIO, Christopher J, 22, 31 Pomponesset, Cotuit; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone, March 5 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 8.

JASSET, John P, 42, 1029 Iyannough Rd Rte 132, Apt #9A, Hyannis; two counts, larceny over $250 by false pretenses; preparing a false insurance claim January 10 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 13.

ROJEE, Bruce M, 18, 72 Oxford Dr, Cotuit; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; Class B drug possession, cocaine; no inspection sticker; state highway traffic violation March 7 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 6.  According to police reports, a Barnstable cruiser on patrol saw a light-colored pickup truck tailgating a black sedan at a very close and unsafe distance.  A passenger in the sedan waved the officer over.  Both the driver and passenger stated the pickup driver was yelling profanities and threatening them.  The driver expressed concern for his son, a small child secured in a safety seat in the rear.  Rojee was in possession of several bags of marijuana, a Blackberry, a spring-loaded knife (switchblade) and a digital scale.

ORTIZ, Richard Y, 20, 117 Empire St 2, Lynn; person under 21 in possession of liquor, October 31 2010 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

STOCKDALE, Chuck, 53, 256 Mayfair Rd, S. Dennis; assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person with injury; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, hands/feet/other; intimidating a witness December 14 2010 in Yarmouth.  A&B on 60+/disabled, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until March 7 2012.  A&B with a dangerous weapon, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until March 7 2012.  Intimidating a witness, dismissed.

Dartmouth; Class D drug possession, marijuana, Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana March 4 in Bourne.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 13.  According to police reports, an off-duty officer reported to police he saw an older green Volvo with four white males passing a bag around of what appeared to be marijuana.  The vehicle was searched in the parking lot of St. John's Church, and Demello was arrested.

DRISCOLL, Jane A, 63. 144 Mashpee Rd, Box 3003, Bourne; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle March 7 in Bourne.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 6.

MARTIN, Jessica E, 25, 129 Palmer Ave, Falmouth; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle March 5 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 6.

BENTON, William L, 18, 87 Harwich Rd, Mashpee; person under 21 in possession of liquor, three counts of statutory rape, shoplifting by asportation January 22 in Mashpee.  Liquor count, dismissed.  One count, statutory rape of a child, amended to assault & battery.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Two other counts, statutory rape of a child, dismissed.  No contact with victim.  20 hours community service. 

KONTON, Nicholas J, 20, 40 Bartlett Ave Apt 1, Pittsfield; violating an abuse prevention order March 5.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 12.

MASSE, Kalie R, 28, 3 Buckingham Dr, Sandwich; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle in violation of license class, marked lanes violation, speeding July 31 2010 in Bourne.  Jury trial.  All dismissed or not responsible.

WALLER, Nancy E, 49, 300 Nathan Ellis Hwy, Lot 1, Mashpee; shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense, March 5 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 28.  According to police reports, Waller tried to steal two bottles of liquor from Kappy's Liquors.
