SEMOS, James D, 38, 53 Lewis Rd, W. Yarmouth; larceny from a person, March 8 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 4.  According to police reports, Semons is accused of stealing a woman's purse from Longfellow's Pub, after she had helped him with a ten dollar loan the previous day.

EMMONS, Kristina, 19, 9 Timber Ln, W. Yarmouth; shoplifting by asportation, March 8 in Yarmouth.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Continued for payment until June 8.

FERNANDES, Peter Avelino, 35, 25 Walton Ave, Hyannis; Class B drug possession, no sticker, marked lanes violation February 2 in Barnstable.  Class B drug possession, continued without a finding, continued for payment until September 8.  No sticker, marked lanes violation not recorded.

HAZELTON, Shane M, 19, 419 Brassie Way, Mashpee; attempt to commit a crime; assault with a dangerous weapon, a knife, July 26 2010 in Sandwich.  Guilty plea, both counts.  Guilty finding, both counts.  Two years house of correction, suspended.  Probation until March 18 2013.  Continued for payment until March 18 2013.

JOHNSON, Christopher M, 37, 759 Rte 28 Apt 1, S. Yarmouth; Class B drug possession, crack cocaine, February 2 in Barnstable.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until September 8.

MCCORMICK, Michael A, 45, 19 Flicker Ln, W. Yarmouth; assault with a dangerous weapon, December 18 2010 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

MEDEIROS, Jessica M, 31, 78 Rte 130 Apt #20, Mashpee; receiving stolen property under $250, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, speeding February 3 in Barnstable.  Receiving stolen property, uninsured vehicle dismissed.  Operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until September 8.  Unregistered motor vehicle, not recorded.  Speeding, recorded.

SYPEK, Brack J, 245 Popponesset Rd, Cotuit; assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime, December 18 in Barnstable.  Both counts dismissed.

ARRAIGNMENTS

CHOCKEY, Kevin J, 46, 583 Satucket Rd, Brewster; assault & battery, assault to murder March 8 in Eastham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 1.  Chockey is charged in connection with allegations of domestic violence.  Released on $1000 bail.  Special conditions:  GPS; stay away, no contact with victim; drug and alcohol screening; curfew, 7 PM to 7 AM.

SCHERER, Thomas R, 50, 658 Shore Rd, N. Truro; vandalize property, October 19 2010 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 8.  According to police reports, Scherer vandalized the boat Nighthawk at Saquatucket Harbor.  Scherer, mate on the Nighthawk, is alleged to have added water to the fuel line, under the mistaken belief he would not be paid his share of the profit from a tuna catch ($1500 to $1700).  Scherer stated he was told by the captain he would receive no payment from the boat's owner, and "felt terrible" about contaminating the fuel line.

DISPOSITIONS

HILL, Nicolas D, 41, 19 Great Meadow Dr, Carver; OUI liquor, August 14 2010 in Truro.  Nulle prosequi.

LOESCHER, Spencer C, 20, 50 A Woods Rd, Westminster; OUI liquor, November 6 2010 in Eastham.  Bench trial.  Not guilty.

MCFEE, Adam, 24, 672 Queen Anne Rd, Harwich; violating an abuse protection law, February 17 in Harwich.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until March 8 2012.  Administrative supervision.
