ARRAIGNMENTS

JENKS, Victoria L, 27, 198 Setucket Rd, S. Dennis; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle March 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 29.  According to police reports, when officers arrived at an accident scene Jenks was bleeding from the right cheek.  Her shoes were missing.  Jenks told police she had come from the VFW.

KELLEY, Patrick, 17, 118 Bearse's Way, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a blunt object; assault & battery, March 11 in Barnstable.  Pretrial probation scheduled to end September 13.

LANGVILLE, Waide, 25, 23 General Patton Dr, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; assault & battery; intimidating a witness, March 11 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 11.

LOKEY, Lynn, 43, 3 Guy Ln, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a glass; assault & battery March 11 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 7. 

SENNO, Lloyd, 63, 881 Rte 28 Apt #10, Yarmouth; assault & battery, March 11 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 7.

SMALL, Vicky A, 24, 5 Leveridge Ln Apt 19, Sandwich; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, third offense October 14 2010 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 24.

SOUZA, John J, 50, 800 Bearse's Way apt #5NB, Hyannis; OUI liquor, license not in possession, failure to signal March 11 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 6. 

WASHINGTON, Inga M, 39, 35 Ashumet Rd, Mashpee; trafficking in heroin, morphine or opium; Class B drug possession, March 12 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 12.  According to police reports, a motor vehicle stop for a minor infraction resulted in the discovery of a large quantity of morphine tablets inside.  Washington also revealed she had a half-gram of cocaine on her person.

WILLIAMS, Todd M, 44, 8 Longview Dr, Yarmouth Port; sex offender failure to register, March 12 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 7.

DISPOSITIONS

CARVALHO, Nicole C, 19, 21 Deerwood Dr, E. Sandwich; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, December 2 2010 in Yarmouth.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until September 13. 

FLORIO, Michael F, 22, 607 Rte 28, Dennis; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes, assault & battery, breaking & entering misdemeanor February 17 in Yarmouth.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 13 2012.

GREEN, Xavier E, 22, 1117 Alewife Cir, S. Yarmouth; violating an abuse prevention order January 7 in Yarmouth.  Continued for payment, then be dismissed until May 13.

KICKLIGHTER, Kevin C, 41, 46 Heather Ln, Marstons Mills; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation January 7 2010 in Barnstable.  Jury trial.  OUI liquor, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding until March 3 2012.  Marked lanes, not recorded.

MAXWELL, John III, 40, 6 Commerce Way, Barnstable; two counts violating an abuse prevention order February 16 in Sandwich.  One count, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until March 13 2012.  Fifty months probation supervision.  One count, dismissed.

MAZHEIKA, Dzmitry I, 28, 262 Skunknet Rd, Centerville; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle February 26 in Barnstable.  OUI liquor, continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 13 2012.  Negligent operation, dismissed.

NEWELL, Rochelle M, 20, 88 Quaker Rd, Hyannis; carrying a dangerous weapon, brass knuckles, March 12 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 7.

ARRAIGNMENTS

ALATI, Danielle M, 34, 691 Rte 28 Apt 13, W. Dennis; two counts, assault & battery on a police officer; destruction of property over $250; resisting arrest March 3 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 7.  According to police reports, a neighbor complained to police that an uninvited guest had kicked in his front door.  He identified the guest as Alati.  Police proceeded to her place of residence.  When they arrived, Alati said she had only been standing in the complainant's front yard.  She also said, several times, 'I'm very drunk.'  "It was hard to understand her at times due to her intoxication," the police report said.  Alati is alleged to have kicked two Dennis police officers, then spat on them.

FAGAN, John S, 56, 32 State St, Milton; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, subsequent offense; marked lanes violation March 12 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 5.  According to police, a reporting witness stated she had observed a red Jeep with Connecticut plates almost hit a telephone pole, run a 4-way stop sign, then almost hit several vehicles and telephone poles.  As police conducted field sobriety tests, Fagan "almost fell to the ground because he tripped over the brim on the road."  Fagan stated that he "could not walk nine steps (on a marked white fog line)."

GRAHAM, Timothy A, 48, 430 Bay Ln, Centerville; OUI liquor, failure to wear seatbelt March 12 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 7.

KASANOVIC, Rachel, 63, 10 Bay Ridge Dr, S. Dennis; unlawful possession of a large capacity firearm, improper storage of a large capacity firearm February 12 in Dennis.  According to police reports, officers responding to a social worker's call found Kasanovic, an Ohio resident at 10 Bay Ridge Drive.  Kasanovic told officers she had a firearm on the nightstand in her bedroom.  The gun was a 9mm black Beretta, loaded with a large capacity magazine holding thirteen 77 Speer 9mm rounds.  Kasanovic produced a Franklin County, Ohio concealed handgun license.  When contacted by police, a Franklin County Sheriff's Department supervisor confirmed Kasanovic's gun license was valid, but not outside the State of Ohio, and for this reason he would be revoking her license.  The arresting officer asked the Franklin County supervisor whether Kasanovic had any other firearms registered to her.  The supervisor responded, "they (the public) are not required in Ohio to register firearms."

STAFFORD, Rose E, 20, 64 Heritage Dr, W. Yarmouth; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, open container of alcohol violation, person under 21 in possession of liquor, Class C drug possession (one pill), Lorazepam, March 12 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 6.  Lorazepam is a prescription medication also known as Ativan.  It is used in the treatment of anxiety.

DISPOSITIONS

HUGHES, Rajon D, 28, 249 Stevens St, Hyannis; violate abuse prevention order, January 13 in Barnstable.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Guilty finding.  One year house of correction suspended January 13 2013; probation until January 13 2013.

POLLACK, Scott M, 35, 75 Monomoyick Rd, Chatham; assault & battery March12 in Chatham.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until September 12.  Administrative supervision.
