KIMBALL, Diana L, 52, 24 Deerfield Rd, E. Dennis; shoplifting by asportation, March 14 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 19.  According to police reports, an officer dispatched to the CVS on North Street found Kimball intoxicated in the custody of a Loss Prevention Officer.  He stated Kimball had secreted $140 worth of "makeup" in her purse.  The suspect's vehicle was found running and illegally parked, blocking a vehicle aisle.  There was an open container of alcohol inside the vehicle.

CAMERON, Ralston M, 39, 168 Barnstable Rd Apt 5L, Hyannis; two counts, rape of a child by force; rape; two counts, indecent assault on a child under 16 February 17 2010 in Barnstable.  All counts amended.  Jury trial.  Nulle prosequi.

DEBARROS, Darrell, 18, 546 Lincoln Rd Ext, Hyannis; receiving a stolen vehicle, August 18 2010 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

LUNEDEI, David A Jr, 29, 17 Thomas Path, Yarmouth; assault & battery, December 5 2010 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

MAHAFFEY, John D III, 22, 25 Autumn Dr, Centerville; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, assault & battery, assault to murder, threat to commit a crime October 27 2010 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.

WYATT, Christopher D, 54, homeless.  No known address.  Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon November 29 2010 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

ARRAIGNMENTS

ANDRADE, Ashley M, 21, 56 Tri Town Cir, Mashpee; destruction of property over $250, January 21.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 14.  According to police reports, Andrade is accused of retaliating for an eviction by shutting off the electricity of a unit while leaving the water valves open slightly,  to ensure the frozen pipes burst.  Both Andrade's former unit and the unit below it suffered water damage.

CHAPELL-MAHER, Peter J, 46, 2 Katy Hatchs Rd, Falmouth; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, March 15 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 14.

HALICKI, Katherine M, 54, 10 Howard Ave, Buzzards Bay; two counts, assault & battery February 12 in Bourne.  Both counts dismissed.

JOHNSON, Kellie, 40, 16 Danvers Way, Hyannis; annoying telephone calls or communication February 15 in Bourne.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 20.  According to police reports, the reporting party complained of receiving numerous unwanted phone calls from his ex-girlfriend, Johnson.  The complainant played a message recording of one call.  According to police reports, the gist of the message was, "have fun banging your bitch, you are a scumbag [n-word].  You'd better enjoy your bitch now because I am calling parole and you are going back to prison."

ROGERS, William A Jr, 47, 115 Brick Kiln Rd, E. Falmouth; vandalizing property, attempt to commit a crime August 7 2010 in Falmouth.  Guilty plea on both counts.  Guilty finding on both counts.  One year house of correction, suspended at March 12 2013.  20 hours community service.  Probation until March 12 2013.

FELICIANO, Hayner, 37, Box 536 Sagamore; violating an abuse prevention order November 1 2010 in Bourne.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Dismissed.

FERSON, Laura, 33, 7 Winstow St, Buzzards Bay; assault & battery, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon February 9 in Bourne.  Both counts dismissed.

FOSTER, Megan P, 20, 12 Croyden Dr, E. Falmouth; receiving stolen property over $250 July 16 2010 in Falmouth.  Jury trial.  Pretrial probation until September 13.

HARMON, William J, 52, 61 Rivers Edge Rd, Waquoit; violating an abuse prevention order March 15 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 21.

KUZLOWSKI, Daniel, 33, 633 W. Falmouth Hwy Apt 6, W. Falmouth; breaking at entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; destruction of property; larceny over $250; receiving stolen property under $250 January 18 in Falmouth.  Breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes, destruction of property, larceny over $250 all dismissed.  Receiving stolen property under $250, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  One year house of correction committed, concurrent with 1089CR2598.  50 days credit.

LAVIS, Zachary J, 39, 661 Falmouth Rd, W147, Mashpee; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property over $250, July 10 2010 in Mashpee.  Assault & battery, dismissed.  Malicious destruction of property, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until September 13.  Restitution of $425.

PRATT, Jennifer S, 48, 376 Tanglewood Dr, P.O. Box 2284, E. Falmouth; disorderly conduct; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, amended to assault & battery; assault with a dangerous weapon, amended to assault February 6 in Falmouth.  Disorderly conduct, dismissed.  Assault & battery, assault, admitted to sufficient facts.  Both continued without a finding until September 13.
