ANDRADE, Dominjo J, 27, 1128 Alewife Cir, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct March 16 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 13.

BASSETT, Amy M, 44, 11 Courtland Way, W. Yarmouth; two counts, larceny from a person January 18 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 13.  According to police reports, Bassett is a suspect in the theft of a Droid phone and a Coach handbag from Molly's Restaurant.  A Town Taxi driver called for Bassett by the bartender, due to her intoxicated condition reported Bassett had tried to crawl through the taxi partition and kiss him while picking his pocket.  A call placed by the owner to the missing phone was answered by Barnstable police, Bassett being already in custody.  Bassett had three cellphones in her possession when detained.

BENNETT, Nicole, 20, 48 Walter Ave, Hyannis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, Oxycodone, March 16 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 6. 

BORDMAN, John, 51, 116 N. Falmouth Hwy Rte 28A N. Falmouth; OUI liquor, third offense March 16 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 30.

CONWAY, Cecily, 40, 441 Buck Island Rd, Yarmouth; assault & battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, January 4 in Barnstable.  Pretrial probation to end March 16 2012.  Alcohol screens.  Counseling.

DASILVA, Julian P, 20, 110 Long Pond Dr, S. Yarmouth; two counts, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a coffee cup and a large glass salt shaker; vandalize property March 16 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 23.

HUNT, Marion F, 51, 110 Regional Ave, Yarmouth; receiving stolen property over $250 February 2 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 11.  According to police reports, Hunt is accused of stealing then fencing a large amount of jewelry at Bass River Coin.

KEITH, Christopher, 38, 5 Scarlet Dr, Plymouth; sex offender failure to register March 14 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 13.

KUZAVA, Joseph B, 7 Cranberry Trail, Sandwich; larceny over $250 by false pretenses, conspiracy February 2 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 15.

MCSWEENEY, Daniel, 18, 35 Phillips Rd, Hyannis; assault & battery; two counts, destruction of property over $250; intimidating a witness March 10 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 22.  According to police reports, McSweeney reported to police that his father's girlfriend was trying to run him over with the car.  The alleged victim's room was covered in knocked-over DVDs, with a telephone ripped from the wall.  Police also noted damage to a Mr. Perry's Tux van.

BASSETT, Amy M, 44, 11 Courtland Way, W. Yarmouth; larceny over $250 January 24 in Yarmouth.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Nine months house of correction, committed.

MERCURIO, Nicholas P, 19, 333 Gleneagle Rd, Centerville; larceny over $250, larceny under $250 January 3 in Barnstable.  Both counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Both counts, continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 16 2012.  Probation, both counts until March 16 2012.

NEALE, Andrew C, 23, 96 Pine Grove Rd, W. Yarmouth; eight counts, larceny under $250 by false pretenses, February 7 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea, all counts.  Guilty finding, all counts.  Restitution open.  Nine months house of correction, concurrent with 11-214, committed.

NEALE, Andrew C, 23, 96 Pine Grove Rd, Yarmouth; larceny over $250 January 24 in Yarmouth.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Nine months house of correction, committed.

ARRAIGNMENTS

BLAKELY, Christine, 33, 33 Huckleberry Ln, Brewster; operating under the influence of drugs, child endangerment while operating under the influence, Class C drug possession, Clonazepam, March 16 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 12.  Clonazepam is a prescription medication used in the treatment of panic attacks and as a muscle relaxant.  It is a benzodiazepine known by the trade name Klonopin,  invented in the 1950s.

PERRY, Richard A Jr, 45, 33 Huckleberry Ln, Brewster; Class B drug possession, Adderall, March 16 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 12.  Adderall is a prescription medication combining dextroamphetamine and amphetamine.  Instant and extended release formulations are available.  Adderall is used in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.  It is a new formulation of a class of drugs invented in 1887.

HIBBERT, Cameron D, 19, 112 Susan Ln, Brewster; forgery of check, utter false check, larceny of check over $250, receiving stolen property October 7 2010 in Brewster.  Utter false check October 13 2010 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 13.

ROBINSON, Miguel A, 25, 167 Rte 6A, Orleans; two counts, assault & battery; vandalize property January 9 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 4. 

SAVELY, Rebecca M, 47, homeless, no known address.  Larceny over $250 by single scheme, larceny of credit card, credit card fraud over $250 February 4 2010.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 23.

ST JOHN, Mark E, 39, 76 Dory Ln, Eastham; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle March 17 in Eastham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 31.  According to police reports, Eastham officers observed a red Dodge Durango turning onto Brackett Rd westbound, with sparks and flames coming from the front passenger tire.  The operator was attempting to drive on the rim.  St. John failed field sobriety tests, and was found with a 0.145% blood alcohol level.
