ARRAIGNMENTS

BLOOMER, Nicholas K, 20, 59 West Terr, Centerville; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes May 20 2010 in Barnstable.  According to police reports, while an officer was inside the residence, a call came in on the home phone asking for Bloomer.  The caller stated Bloomer had called him from that number earlier.

MCCUE, Patrick J, 24 Kings Ct, Mashpee; possession of marihuana (sic), speeding violation March 17 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 14.  According to police reports, a motor vehicle violation resulted in a search of McCue's brown sedan.  Police found the marijuana and a glass alligator pipe.

MCGERIGLE, Brittany A, 28, 70 Eileen St, Yarmouth Port; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle March 18 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 20.

MORSE, Alyssa M, 21, 16 Claus Way, Marstons Mills; assault & battery March 17 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 6.

PLAICE, Robert A, 22, 361 Tubman Rd, Brewster; Class B drug possession, Percocet; Class E drug possession, Trazodone March 17 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 14.  Percocet is a prescription medication that combines Oxycodone and Paracetamol, and is used in the treatment of pain.  Trazodone is a prescription medication that is a serotonin modulator.  It is used in the treatment of depression.

SIDELAU, Kevin M, 55, 95 Prospect St, Leominster; larceny over $250, January 24 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 22.

SMALL, Carrie M, 45, 441 Lower County Rd Harwich; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation March 17.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 20.

DISPOSITIONS

ALLEN, Derell D, 23, 1 Hiramar Rd, Hyannis; carrying a dangerous weapon, a knife; furnishing a false name or social security number; failure to appear, May 17 2010 in Barnstable.  Carrying a dangerous weapon, dismissed.  Forfeiture of knife.  Furnishing a false name or social security number, failure to appear, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Continued for payment then be dismissed March 9.

BOLTON, Bryan D, 21, 30 Anchor Dr, Forestdale; OU liquor, marked lanes violation March 18 in Sandwich.  OUI liquor, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 16 2012.  Marked lanes violation, not recorded.

COOK, Donald M Jr, 21, 19 Old South Rd Apt #16, Nantucket; shoplifting by concealing merchandise February 12 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

VEIGA, Mark M, 29, 30 Partridge Valley Rd, Yarmouth; aggravated assault & battery February 25 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

VIERRA, Michael A, 52, 66 Garfield St, N. Providence RI; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, assault & battery February 20 in Bourne.  Both counts dismissed.

DELANEY, Ryan P, 21, 21 Glenwood St, Whitman; OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of a special regulation, failure to stop/yield for police March 18 in Bourne.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 18.

DRIES, Brittany T, 22, 114 Magnolia Ave, Gloucester; Class B drug possession, Percocet; Class C drug possession, Suboxone; unregistered motor vehicle; unregistered motor vehicle March 15 in Bourne.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 22.  Percocet is a prescription medication that combines Oxycodone and Paracetamol, and is used in the treatment of pain.  Suboxone is a prescription medication that combines buprenorphine and naloxone, and is used in the treatment of opiate addiction.  According to police reports, Barnstable police conducted an electronic search of a parked vehicle by its license plate at the Scenic View Motel, without probable cause or reasonable suspicion ("random search").  Results showed the revoked registration and that the vehicle's owner, Dries had an active warrant.  Dries was found in possession of Percocet and Suboxone in her place of residence and Suboxone in her bra.

MCLANE, Michael S, 21, 15 Richmond Rd, Assonet; shoplifting by asportation, February 19 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 28.
