ELDREDGE, Jason M, 36, 58 Bell Rd, Chatham; seven counts, violating an abuse prevention order March 29 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 27.

FELIZ, Christina, 29, 7 Ellerton Rd, Quincy; larceny from a building, February 27 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 16.  According to police reports, Feliz was the roommate of HEALY, below.

FRANZAGO, Catherine E, 28, 31 Snake Pond Rd, Forestdale; larceny over $250 by single scheme; larceny of credit card; identity fraud; forgery of document; improper use of a credit card January 7 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 3.

HEALY, Andrea L, 33, 7 Ellerton Rd, Quincy; larceny from a building, February 27 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 16.  According to police reports, Healy is one of two tenants evicted from a dwelling who then stole the refrigerator.

HUFFMAN, Rachel L, 26, 110 Raspberry Path, Marstons Mills; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, March 31 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 29.  According to police reports, Falmouth officers executing a Federal search warrant at 110 Raspberry Lane arrested Huffman in connection with a Federal wiretapping investigation.  Huffman was found with one (1) gram of marijuana in her possession. MARCONI, Christopher J, 25, 8 Jan Sebastian Way, Sandwich; eleven counts, larceny of check over $250; eleven counts, forgery of check; eleven counts, uttering a false check December 8 2010 in Sandwich.  Jury trial.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 29, 2013.  Contingent on restitution to victims, remain alcohol/drug free with screens, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Probation Department.

POLAND, Emily R, 23, 59 Church St, W. Barnstable; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a fork; assault & battery March 28 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 27.

SMALL, Carrie M, 45, 441 Lower County Rd, Harwichport; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation March 17 in Yarmouth.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 30 2012.

SMITH, Kerri, 21, 8 Mansion St, Orleans; larceny under $250 by false pretenses November 11 2010 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.

FULLER, James S, 33, 195 Falmouth Rd 11E, Mashpee; six counts, breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes; seven counts, larceny from a building; larceny over $250; utter false check; identity fraud January 12 2010 in Barnstable.  All counts, guilty plea.  All counts, guilty finding.  Two years house of correction, committed, 30 days credit, concurrent with 0725-1589.

KELLEY, Jeremy, 33, 70 Winter St, Apt F, Hyannis; two counts, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine and Ecstasy; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, October 7 2010 in Barnstable.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  All counts, continued without a finding, probation until March 30 2012.  Must remain drug/alcohol free with screens. 

KELLEY, Jeanne, 33, 70 Winter St, Apt F, Hyannis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine; Class B drug possession, suboxone October 7 2010 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea, both counts.  Guilty finding, both counts.  Continued for payment, probation to end on March 29 2013.  Two years house of correction, one year suspended on both counts, 175 days credit, committed, to be served concurrently.  Must remain drug/alcohol free with screens.

BARBER, Kacie N, 18, 49 Martin St, Buzzards Bay; leaving the scene of property damage, malicious destruction of property over $250 December 30 2010 in Falmouth.  According to police reports, Barber got into an argument with her boyfriend, then backed her 1995 Jeep into his Chevy pickup smashing it.  She then drove off extending her middle finger.

FULLER, Thomas J, 45, 100 Parsons Ln, Waquoit; OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle December 24 2010 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 21.

OAKLEY, Dale R, 52, 71 Main St, Rte 130, Mashpee; conspiracy to violate drug law, June 26 2010 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference is scheduled for April 26.

SOHN, Joel, 65. 9 Tremont St, Cambridge; five counts, miscellaneous municipal ordinance/bylaw violations November 10 2010 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 4.  According to police reports, each violation involves mooring a boat or vessel to any of the Town of Falmouth's wharves, floats or piers without the permission of the harbormaster.

SPRINGER, Bonnie J, 51, 18 E. Ridge Rd, E. Falmouth; criminal harassment, January 1 2008 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 5.

SPRINGER, Charles H, 51, 18 E. Ridge Rd, E. Falmouth; criminal harassment, January 1 2008 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 5.  According to police reports, Charles Springer is the husband of Bonnie Springer, above.  A neighbor alleged that when he pulled into his driveway, he observed Mr. Springer exit his home and yell, [ expletive expletive ]!"  The alleged victim then witnessed Mrs. Springer stand near the front of his home yelling.  She entered a motor vehicle and sped off blasting the horn.  A query of Mr. and Mrs. Springer and their son revealed numerous entries for criminal harassment, involving the alleged victim in this case as either suspect or victim.  Both of the elder Springers have been charged with one count each of criminal harassment.
