BROWN, Michael, 26, 164 Cammett Way, Marstons Mills; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a motor vehicle, August 21 2010 in Barnstable.  Jury trial.  Guilty finding.  Two years house of correction, suspended; eighteen months, six months to be served, committed.  Stay away from/no contact with victim. 

BROWN, Michael C, 48, no known address, Hyannis; shoplifting by concealing merchandise, August 9 2010 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

ARRAIGNMENTS

BURDICK, Michael E, 55, 18 High St, Cotuit; OUI liquor, amended to OUI liquor second offense; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; negligent operation of a motor vehicle February 10 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 16.

BURNETT, Ian M, 22, 24 Easterly Dr, E. Sandwich; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone, March 31 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 3.  According to police reports, Sandwich police received reliable information that Burnett would be picking up a large quantity of 30 mg. oxycodone pills (Percoset) in New Bedford.  Officers followed Burnett's car from his home in East Sandwich to New Bedford, then effected a car stop.  A K9 search of Burnett's 1999 black Infiniti QX4 turned up 98 pills, some in the vehicle and some on Burnett's person.

CAPRIO, Richard, 19, 326 Santuit-Newtown Rd, Marstons Mills; assault & battery; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a bat; vandalizing property March 31 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 2.

KILEY, Shane F, 22, 6 Samoset Rd, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery, March 31 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 3.  Must stay away from/no contact with alleged victim.

LESSER, Lindsay, 26, 10 Vacation Ln, Yarmouth; assault & battery, resisting arrest, vandalizing property April 1 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 15.

JOHNSON, Patrick A, 25, 256 Stoney Cliff Rd, Centerville; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, January 21 in Barnstable.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until March 30 2012.  Johnson admitted to possession of one (1) gram of marijuana.

JOHNSON, Patrick A, 25, 256 Stoney Cliff Rd, Centerville; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, January 17 in Barnstable.  Dismissed, based on plea at JOHNSON, above.

JOHNSTON, Greig A IV, a.k.a. JOHNSON, Greig, 8 Stub Toe Rd, Cotuit; assault & battery, October 21 2010 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

MORIN, Thelma, 40, 222 Oliver Rd, Malden; larceny of credit card, August 10 2010 in Yarmouth.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 30 2012.

SOUZA, Laurie J, 38, 20 Mabel Canto Way, Harwich; two counts, uttering a false prescription; two counts, forgery of document August 23 2010 in Dennis.  Both counts, uttering a false prescription, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until March 30 2012.  Forgery of document, both counts dismissed.

SULLIVAN, Kerry X, 22, 1 Rebecca Ln, Harwich; rape; three counts selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21, December 17 2010 in Harwich.  Nolle prosequi, all counts.  Suspect indicted and arraigned in Superior Court.

VECCHIONE, Keith M, 32, 33 Cross St, Apt 6, Chatham; miscellaneous municipal ordinance/bylaw violation, July 22 2010 in Chatham.  To be dismissed if $200 court costs/restitution is paid by May 2.  According to police reports, Vecchio is alleged to have parked his 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the sand at Catchpinicut Landing.
