ARRAIGNMENTS

ANDERSON, James, 18, 25 Morning Cir, Centerville; assault with a dangerous weapon, a 12-gauge shotgun; discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building March 14 in Barnstable.  Pretrail conference scheduled for May 14.  See MACDONALD, below.  According to police reports, Anderson was arrested as multiple suspects fled into the wooded area proximate to 800 Bearse's Way.

COLACCHIO, Alexander, 21, 294 Cairn Ridge Rd, Falmouth; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation April 7 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 11.

MACDONALD, Alexander, 19, 22 Trotting Ln, E. Falmouth; assault with a dangerous weapon, a 12-gauge shotgun; discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building March 14 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 14.  According to police reports, officers responding to a report of shots fired found nine individuals and a 12-gauge shotgun.  The serial number of the gun had been removed.  One spent shell was found.  It is not clear which of the nine fired the gun.

RAMBELJE, Andrew W, 43, 6 Mistletoe Ln, S. Yarmouth; arson of a dwelling house, March 5 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 3.  According to police reports, Rambelje arrived at the home of the reporting party covered in soot with minor burn injuries.  The reporting party stated Rambelje notified same he had turned on several stove burners and the oven where he resided, then thrown gasoline into the oven in an attempt to harm himself.  Rambelje extinguished the fire, and turned himself in to his pastor for assistance.

Yarmouth; OUI liquor; Class C drug possession; marked lanes violation; open container violation; person under 21 in possession of alcohol March 12 in Dennis.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until April 5 2012.  Class C drug possession, continued without a finding until April 5 2012.  Marked lanes violation, admitted to sufficient facts.  Not responsible.  Open container violation, admitted to sufficient facts.  Not responsible.  Person under 21 in possession of liquor, dismissed.

ARRAIGNMENTS

CURCIO, Jason, 38, 75 Finley Rd, Orleans; fugitive from justice on court warrant, March 2 in Orleans.  Nolle prosequi.

JOYCE, Katherine S, 23, 10 Old County Way Apt 12, Harwichport; larceny over $250 by false pretense; forgery of document; utter false writing March 8 in Dennis. Pretrial conference scheduled for May 19.  According to police reports, a resident noticed her pocketbook missing at the Chatham Bars Inn on December 30, 2010.  The resident filed a lost property report with Chatham police.  She also notified Citizens Bank.  The latter put a hold on the account and monitored it.  The resident visited the Dennis Police Department in person March 20 to report $4000 withdrawn from the Citizens branch at Stop & Shop, Route 134.  $400 was also stolen from a Harwich branch.  The resident filed a report with Harwich police as well.  A Dennis officer was able to identify Joyce, a new employee at the Chatham Bars Inn, from surveillance photos.

WARREN, Craig A, 39, 2 Martin Rd, E. Dennis; two counts, assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person with injury; intimidating a witness April 6 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 17. 

WOLCOTT, Jeffrey T, 18, 494 Pleasant Lake Ave, Harwich; vandalize property, assault, March 9 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 7.

DISPOSITIONS

HEALY, Daniel F, 96 Sydney St, Dorchester; larceny of a motor vehicle, November 23 2010 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 17.

LAIDLAW, Thomas Jr, 53, 110 Kendrick Rd, Harwich; OUI liquor, March 24 2010.  Dismissed.

RIVERA-ROSE, Karina, 32, 428 Rte 28, Apt 1-10, W. Dennis; two counts, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute; two counts, conspiracy to violate drug law December 1 2010 in Dennis.  Nolle prosequi, all counts.
