ARRAIGNMENTS

CALLE, Jose V, 22, 89 Nautical Way, Hyannis; destruction of property over $250; intimidating a witness; assault & battery January 15 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.

DIRAC, John M, 47, 61 Tellegen Trl, Centerville; open and gross lewdness, April 6 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 5.  According to police reports, an officer on uniformed patrol was dispatched to the Honey Dew Donuts on Iyannough Road.  The manager notified police that a male customer had exposed his genitals to her and to other female staff members multiple times over the past two weeks, at the drive-through window.  Police were advised of four incidents.  At approximately 10:20 AM, police were called back to the shop following another incident.  Store personnel reported the suspect was driving a blue Taurus.  Police ran the license plate and confirmed the owner's address.  Dirac was arrested after officers located the vehicle near his house.

FIGUEROA, Jesus M, 32, 235 Iyannough Rd, Hyannis; assault & battery, threat to commit a crime, February 14 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 16.

HATFIELD, Zachary, 19, 66 Pleasant Pines Ave Apt #A, Centerville; two counts, assault with a dangerous weapon, a brick and a metal deck chair, April 6 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 5.  According to police reports, the security guard at the Hyannis Public Library rousted Hatfield, who had entered the building intending to sleep there.  Hatfield then attempted to sleep lying on the yard.  When the security guard asked him to leave, Hatfield became belligerent and threw a brick at him.  It missed and struck the library, causing no damage.  When the guard followed Hatfield across the street, Hatfield picked up a folding metal chair from outside the Naked Oyster restaurant and threw it at him.  It missed but smashed in the rear window of a blue Toyota Camry.

LEE, Russell T, 28, 9 Hayward Ln, E. Orleans; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, speeding, marked lanes violation April 8 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 9.

MANWARING, Jeffrey L, 24, 39 Virginia St, W. Yarmouth; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin, April 7 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 8.

COMBIES, Amanda L, 30, 724 Main St Apt #1, Hyannis; vandalizing property, assault & battery on a police officer January 24 in Barnstable.  Vandalizing property, dismissed.  Assault & battery on a police officer, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Ninety days, house of correction, suspended.  Continued for payment, probation until April 6 2012.

Falmouth; improper sale of a firearm, a Walther P22C semi-automatic handgun with laser sight; carrying a firearm without a license; receiving stolen property over $250 April 7.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 29.  Washington is accused in connection with the sale of a pistol stolen from a Falmouth home  in March.
