ARONSON, Vanessa C, 22, 281 Main St, Mashpee; two counts, assault & battery on a police officer; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes February 16 in Barnstable.  Both counts, assault & battery on a police officer, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, amended to assault & battery, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Breaking & entering, dismissed.  Ninety days house of correction on each guilty finding, suspended one year, all concurrent.  Probation, continued for payment until April 12 2012.  Drug- and alcohol-free with screens until April 12 2012.

BOLTON, Courtney P, 30, 21 Bramblebush, Sandwich; violating a harassment abuse prevention order, December 15 2010 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

CAHALANE, William, 20, 127 Church Ave, Northbridge; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, August 20 2010 in Barnstable.  Jury trial.  Dismissed.

DEGRACE, Mark D Jr, 24, 319 Sea St Apt #3, Hyannis; assault & battery; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; intimidating a witness January 25 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.

MCCUE, Patrick J, 20, 24 Kings Ct, Mashpee; possession of marijuana over one ounce; speeding March 17 in Sandwich.  Marijuana possession, pretrial probation.  Continued for payment until October 13.  Speeding, not recorded.

PACKARD, Michael J, 47, 49 Highland Rd, N. Truro; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, not specified; threatening to commit a crime June 26 2010 in Truro.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 10.

WALKER, Mark, 50, 370 S. Silver Ln, Sunderland; violating an abuse prevention order, January 4 in Chatham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 12.

DISPOSITIONS

CLEMENCE, Samantha, 18, 123 Governor Bradford Rd, Brewster; breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes; larceny over $250; destruction of property over $250 March 17 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 28.  According to police reports, Clemence is known to operate the 2007 Mercury Marquis at WINSTANLEY, below.

MARCELINE, David J, 38, 15 Naushon Rd Apt C, Dennisport; assault & battery, February 7 in Dennis.  Jury trial.  Guilty finding.  Two years, house of correction, one year to be served, committed.  One year suspended, probation until April 12 2013. 

WINSTANLEY, Brandon M, 17, 2D Doane Rd, Harwich Port; breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes; larceny over $250; destruction of property over $250 March 17 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 28.  According to police reports, an anonymous tip led to a gray 2007 Mercury Marquis resembling a Ford Crown Victoria, matching the description of a suspect vehicle involved with car break-ins at Nickerson State Park.  Winstanley is known to be a regular passenger in the Marquis.
