ARRAIGNMENTS

CLAUDIO, Christopher, 33, breaking & entering for misdemeanor, trespassing March 18 in Barnstable.  Pretrial hearing scheduled for May 18. 

DALO, Colleen R, 45, 1 Cross St, Sandwich; larceny over $250 by false pretense, conspiracy February 7 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 12.  According to police reports, Dalo is a suspect in an attempt to defraud the purchaser, on eBay, of a Bruin Bandit 250XP wood chipper while attempting to sell same again under separate eBay accounts.  Sandwich police received an email from a resident of Brno, Czech Republic complaining he had paid $6226 for the Bruin Bandit but not yet received his purchase.   A wood chipper matching the sales details available under multiple eBay accounts was found in a vacant lot, in tow behind a black & white Ford adjacent to #7 Cranberry Trail.  This is the address used by Dalos' husband on eBay.  Dalo is alleged to have attempted to run out the clock on eBay and PayPal's ability to halt the transaction or return the money after 30-60 days, through a series of specious emails.

HOLZWORTH, Marissa J, 27, 25 Fredericksburg Ave, Harwich; OUI liquor, failure to stop/yield for a police officer; no sticker May 11 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 11. 

KOWILCIK, Kaitlyn A, 24, 141 Canal St, Marshfield; possession of burglarious instruments, shoplifting by concealing merchandise April 12 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 12. 

SMITH, Sara Anne, 25, 77 Winter St, Hyannis; breaking & entering for misdemeanor, trespassing March 18 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 18. 

DISPOSITIONS

BROGAN, Samantha G, 29, 21 Leomington Ln, Mashpee; larceny over $250 by single scheme, September 16 2010 in Barnstable.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until April 13 2012.  Restitution to be paid directly to the Home Depot, Barnstable.

PAVLAS, Cory J, 24, 40 Osprey Ln, Sandwich; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no sticker, Class D drug possession February 28 in Sandwich.  Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, Class D drug possession dismissed.  No sticker, not recorded.  Continued for payment until May 13. 

ROGERS, Taurian K, 27, House of Correction, 6000 Sheriff's Pl, Bourne; Class D drug possession May 23 in Bourne.  Dismissed upon forfeiture of $1530.

CLIFFORD, John M, 26, 11 Boathouse Dr, Wareham; OUI liquor, April 14 in Bourne.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 13.

CORBETT, Thomas M, 47, 115 Scranton Ave, Falmouth; disorderly conduct; assault & battery; defrauding an innkeeper under $100 April 1 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 13.  According to police reports, four Falmouth officers were dispatched to Store L'Oven Pizza Company for a report of an unruly customer.  A bartender reported Corbett had left the previous night without paying, but paid in full on his arrival and was allowed to stay.  When Corbett again attempted to leave without paying, the bartender accosted him.  Corbett punched the bartender twice in the face.  When Corbett was placed in a cell, he took a fighting stance.  A police sergeant closed the cell door before Corbett could punch him in the head. 

GRACI, John P, 18, 6 Milton St, E. Falmouth; two counts, breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; larceny under $250 July 26 2010 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 27.  According to police reports, Graci is a suspect in multiple active motor vehicle break-ins.

GRACI, John P, 18, 6 Milton St, E. Falmouth; larceny over $250, July 26 2010 in Falmouth.  According to police reports, Graci is a suspect in the theft of a dog, a miniature pit bull (American Staffordshire Terrier) show dog valued at $2000.  The dog was located at a third party's house and returned to his owner.

PARKER, Kyle, 38, 1265 Beacon St, Apt 701, Brookline; OUI liquor, speeding April 14 in Bourne.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 13. 

DISPOSITIONS

LUFKIN, Randall S, 53, 713 Crowe Rd, Chatham; larceny under $250, January 12 in Bourne.  Dismissed.
