APPEARANCES

WALLING, Richard J, 20, currently held on $250,000 bail at the Barnstable County H/C, appeared in court today for a routine scheduled status hearing.  Walling is charged with 2 counts of manslaughter in connection with the deaths of Ryan Aponte and Leonard Bolia who died from multiple stab wounds on January 8, 2011 at the White Pines Motel on Cranberry Highway. Walling is represented by Attorney Jack Atwood.  He is due back in court on May 3, 2011.

ARRAIGNMENTS

FERREIRA, Kevin C, 23 North Main Street, Carver; B&E daytime for felony, putting person in fear, larceny of a firearm, and larceny from a building, arrested April 15 on a warrant stemming from an incident on March 28, when Ferreira allegedly was confronted by a homeowner while in the commission of the offense.  The case has been continued for trial.  Ferreira released on $5000 bail.

SPANO, Michael, 7 Russell Holmes Way, Carver; B&E daytime for felony, putting person in fear, larceny of a firearm, and larceny from a building, arrested April 15 on a warrant stemming from an incident on March 28, 2011.  Bail set at $5000, case set for trial.

FITZPATRICK, Michael T, 46, of 12 White Pine Road, Apt. 3, Wareham.  Possession with intent to distribute Class B substance, Klonopin,  possession with intent to distribute Class B substance, Suboxone, possession with intent to distribute Class B substance, Oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute Class A substance, heroin, stemming from an April 16 Depot Street, Wareham  traffic stop.

LUDWIG, Adam, 26, 2 Ash Street, Middleboro, possession of Class A substance, heroin on April 18.  Middleboro Police responding to a call involving two males “shooting up” in the parking lot of a local business allege that they discovered Ludwig in possession of the drug.  Case continued, Ludwig released on bond.

DISPOSITIONS

OICLES, Tara, 29 of 461 Montponset Street, Hanson, admitted to sufficient facts to warrant a guilty finding in a case dating back to October 2008 involving theft of inventory from New England Farms, Cranberry Highway, Wareham, where Oicles had been an employee.  Oicles was sentenced to “1 year, continued without a finding” as well as $4145 restitution to New England Farms.
