ARGUELLO, Leah C St Pierre, 19, 25 Constance Ave, Yarmouth; assault & battery, April 25 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 1. 

KRAKOWSKI, Makayla K, 18, 1117 Alewife Cir, S. Yarmouth; larceny over $250, April 23 in Barnstable.  Continued for payment, pretrial conference scheduled for June 2.  According to police reports, a group of 7-8 teenagers grabbed a black mountain bike lying on a front lawn.  Police questioned individuals at a nearby home.  Krakowski stepped out and identified herself as the thief.  She was arrested.  

LOPES, Cody J, 43, 114 Old Jail Ln, Barnstable; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle April 23 in Barnstable.  Continued for payment, pretrial conference scheduled for June 2.

CORREA, Bruno D, 25, 10 Steven Dr, Yarmouth; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; marked lanes violation March 19 in Yarmouth.  OUI liquor, second offense, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, dismissed.  Marked lanes violation, not recorded.

HEART, Seth, 21, F22 Chilmark Dr, Falmouth; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; seven counts, receiving stolen property under $250; May 7 2010 in Sandwich.  Jury trial.  Breaking & entering, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Six months house of correction, each count, two years suspended.  All sentences to be served concurrently.  Total $1300 restitution.  Probation until April 24, 2013.

HEART, Seth, 21, F22 Chilmark Dr, Falmouth; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes, May 7 2010 in Sandwich.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until April 24 2013, concurrent @HEART, #1025CR-1583, above.

IANNELLO, Michale G, 24, POB 714, 329 W. Main St #22, Hyannis; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a vehicle, marked lanes violation March 20 in Barnstable.  OUI liquor, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until April 22 2012.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes violation, not recorded.

LANGILLE, Waide A, 25, 23 General Patton Dr, Hyannis; assault with a dangerous weapon; assault & battery; intimidating a witness March 11 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.

SMITH, Stephen M, 44, 4 Kettle Pond Dr, Harwich; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation April 23 in Harwich.  OUI liquor, admitted to sufficient facts.  Per se plea.  24D program.  Continued without a finding until April 24 2012.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes, admitted to sufficient facts.  Not responsible.

ARRAIGNMENTS

LAPHAM, Kerri A, 23, 6 Garden Drive, Carver;  assault and battery dangerous weapon, blunt object, assault and battery on disabled person over 60 with injury on April 23 in Carver.  According to the police report Lapham grabbed the victim by the hair and threw her to the ground during an altercation at 39 Forest St.  Case continued for pretrial conference.

LOVETT, Lakendrick, 26, W. Monroe, LA, MOY, Tommy, 33, Monroe, LA, DAVIS, Bradley,23, Monroe, LA, and MOSES, Corey, 33, of Fall River, all charged with 3 counts of illegal possession of a firearm, 3 counts of illegal possession of ammunition, and one count of illegal possession of a large capacity firearm in connection with a “roll over” accident  on Route 495 in Wareham at 6 p.m. Sunday night. State police responding to the scene discovered all of the men on the ground being treated for injuries by EMS. All were transported to Tobey Hospital.  During an inventory search of the vehicle, police discovered a black bag in the trunk, accessible from the rear seat of the vehicle, containing the weapons which included 2 semi-automatic firearms and a revolver. Moses is also charged with being a fugitive from justice on outstanding arrest warrants out of Central Falls RI and 3 warrants from Barnstable.  The case remains under investigation pending ballistics and forensics. While three of the men posted bail, Moy continues to be held at the Plymouth County H/C on 25,000 cash bail. The case has been continued until May 3.

GOLDMAN, Daniel J, 44, 3030 Cranberry Highway #22, E. Wareham; violation of abuse prevention order, assault (domestic), threatening to commit a crime and resisting arrest on April 23.  Goldman held on 1000.00 cash bail.

CAMPANRIO, Tina M, 44, 1021 Walnut Plain Rd, Rochester; assault and battery in Mattapoisett on April 25. According to the police report, Campanrio allegedly punched her boyfriend in the face.  The case is continued until May 27.

DAVENPORT, Jaryd M, 25, 14 Brook Street, Carver;  OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, on April 23 in Carver. Continued until June 6.

RIHA, Jessica L, 25, 2230 Cranberry Highway, Wareham; OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, on April 23 in Wareham.  Continued until August 8.

KIVI, Jaakob, 18, 120 Rochester Rd., Carver; possession of class A (heroin) with intent to distribute, carrying a dangerous weapon (brass knuckles) on April 22 in Carver.  Kivi was found to be in possession of 5 “bundles” (50 individual bags) of the drug. Continued to June 18 for pretrial conference.

DEMERS, Zachary J, 19, 31 Holly Point Rd., Marion; OUI, driving after license suspension on April 24 in Marion.  Continued to May 26.

DISPOSITIONS

HAMM, Joshua M, 29, 150 Auburn St., Brockton;  Guilty plea, assault and battery with dangerous weapon (baseball bat) in October 2010 in Wareham. Hamm received 18 months H/C, 65 days deemed served, balance suspended.

BILOTTA, Nicola, 22 Samoset St., Norton; Dismissed.  Billotta was arrested by state police in Middleboro on April 26, 2010, for possession of a firearm. It was later determined that Bilotta was licensed to carry the firearm.
