BELOIN, Linda J, 44, 77 Winter St, Hyannis; larceny from a building, June 16 2010 in Barnstable.  Pretrial probation until October 21.

CAMPBELL, Cynthia, 50, 49 Pondview Dr, E. Sandwich; criminal harassment, March 8 in Sandwich.  According to police reports, Police Officer Michael Wood accuses Campbell of harassing him by shining a light in his cruiser and calling him an [expletive], as  well as repeating the same to Officer Wood's wife and children.

PEREIRA, Antero S, 48, 94 Sea St, Apt  #D, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a hot cup of coffee, April 21 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 20.  According to police reports, Pereira is accused of throwing hot coffee in another client's face at the Baybridge Clubhouse. 

ROGERS, Scott L Jr, 21, 2 Bayview Rd, Sandwich; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes, April 22 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 6.

SIDELAU, Kevin M, 55, 90 Prospect St, Leominster; larceny over  $250, January 24 in Barnstable.  Pretrial probation until July 22. According to police reports, Sidelau is suspected in a theft from BJ's Wholesale Club of a Canon Reb-XS 10 mpx, $530 value.

OSTROSKI, Joshua D, 25, 22 Rte 130, Sandwich; Class D drug possession, December 18 2010 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

PERRY, Andrew C, 19, 71 Raymond Ave, S. Yarmouth; receiving stolen property over $250, receiving stolen property under $250 July 15 in Yarmouth.  Both counts, guilty plea.  Both counts, guilty finding.  Continued for payment until April 20 2012.  Must remain drug-free.

ARRAIGNMENTS

DESMARAIS, Hannah, 18, 42 Saddlebank Rd, Mashpee; larceny under $250 from 60+/disabled person; two counts, credit card fraud under $250 March12 in Mashpee. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 14.  According to police reports, Desmarais is a suspect in the theft of a credit card from an elderly woman at Bobby Byrne's Restaurant.  Desmarais then used the card to buy gasoline and cigarettes.

HAPEMAN, Priscilla J, 20, 103 James Cir, Mashpee; being present where heroin is kept, conspiracy to violate drug laws March 15 in Mashpee.  Pretrail conference scheduled for May 10.  According to police reports, an undercover Mashpee officer set up a "buy-and-bust" operation by telephoning Hapeman's housemate.  The two drove to meet the undercover officer at the Stop & Shop parking lot.  A surveillance team followed the two back to their residence.  Police seized evidence:  17 blue glassine bags of tan power that tested positive for heroin. 

STACEY, Nathaniel A, 24, 239 High St, Apt B, Wakefield RI; fugitive from justice on court warrant, April 18 in Falmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 22.

WALTON, Charles P, 25, 3 Hartwell Dr, E. Falmouth; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; speeding April 21 in Bourne.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 24.

SUTTERLAND, Joshua D, 44, 148 Wakeby Rd, Marstons Mills; breaking & entering at daytime for misdemeanor; malicious destruction of property under $250; possession of burglarious instruments; larceny over $250; three counts, Class B drug possession; receiving stolen property over $250 January 28 in Bourne.  Breaking & entering, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until November 20 2012.  Destruction of property under $250, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until April 20 2012.  Restitution of $1510.  Possession of burglarious instruments, larceny over $250 both dismissed.  Class B drug possession, all counts dismissed.  Receiving stolen property over $250, dismissed.

TORRES, Duel Jr, 21, 4 Wampanoag Rd, Mashpee; Class B drug possession, Class E drug possession, carrying a dangerous weapon October 14 in 2010 in Mashpee.  Both drug counts, dismissed.  Carrying a dangerous weapon, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until April 20 2012.  Administrative supervision.

ARRAIGNMENTS

CAMMARANO, Gail A, 55, 25 Longwood Ave, Onset; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a car door on March 13 at 13 North Street, Wareham.  There were no injuries sustained in the incident.  The case was continued to June 24. The police report alleges that an argument ensued over a parking space at the victim’s residence.

ALMADA, Alberto, 37, 28 Brown St, Apt. 2, E. Providence; operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, unregistered motor vehicle in Wareham.  Continued to May 23.

DISPOSITIONS

LAFLEUR, Michael J. Jr, 24, 23 Main St., Carver; admitted to sufficient facts to warrant a finding of guilt in the assault and battery of Kevin Moakly on June 25, 2010 in the parking lot of Georgio’s in Carver. Moakly suffered facial and head injuries as the result of a “sucker punch” inflicted by LaFleur.  LaFleur received 18 months probation and was ordered to stay away from Moakly’s residence and workplace, attend anger management classes, and to pay restitution for medical bills incurred by the victim.

LADETTO, Christopher J, 26, 1130 Braley Rd., New Bedford;  Possession of Class B substance (suboxone). Ladetto admitted to sufficient facts and his case was continued without a finding for 6 months (drug free) with 6 months probation. Ladetto was arrested with the substance as a result of a vehicle stop in Lakeville on December 23, 2010.
