ARRAIGNMENTS

EMMONS, Kristina, 19, 248 Camp St Apt #B1, W. Yarmouth; larceny over $250 by single scheme, April 25 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 23.  According to police reports, Emmons is a suspect in an employee robbery at KMart in Hyannis.

FOLEY, Kevin D, 23, 144 W. Yarmouth Rd, Yarmouth; assault with a dangerous weapon, an automobile; assault with a dangerous weapon, a blunt object; vandalizing property; threatening to commit a crime, murder; leaving the scene of personal injury April 25 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 26.  According to police reports, Yarmouth officers received a call advising one vehicle was being rammed by another while underway.  Officers arrived to find a white Mercury Sable had been forced into a collision with a tree, on the east side of Outward Reach, Rte 6A.  The victims reported Foley rammed the Sable three times, watched the car crash, pulled over and approached it, striking the window with a bat or stick while threatening to "put a bullet in (victim's) head."  Foley was later arrested without incident.

GERVAIS, Dennis W, 37, 175 Ox-Bow Rd Apt #1, Falmouth; breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes, April 25 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 26.

KELLEY, Yvonne F, 26, 13 Boardley Rd, Sandwich; Class E drug possession with intent to distribute, trazodone, March 11 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 10.  According to police reports, an officer dispatched to the scene of a vehicle rollover found Kelley, the operator, and a second party inside.  Both were taken to area hospitals.  The vehicle was heavily damaged.  Officers found various controlled substances inside it, including a bottle of 11 trazodone pills.  The pills were legally prescribed, but not to either party involved.  Trazodone is a prescription medication used in the treatment of depression, anxiety and drug withdrawal.

LEBRON, Luis D, 40, 1114 Wallis Dr Apt #1, Yarmouth; assault with intent to murder, assault & battery April 21 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 26.


Christopher Newell's female companion had ten bags of heroin concealed in her bra.

NEWELL, Christopher M, 21, 88 Quaker Rd, Hyannis; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin, April 25 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 23.  According to police reports, a plainclothes officer witnessed a drug transaction in the parking lot of the Fresh Coast restaurant.  Newell was found in possession of a large folding knife and $2,612 in cash.  His female companion had ten bags of heroin concealed in her bra.

SNOWDEN, Nicholas M, 22, 233 Fawcett Ln, Hyannis; assault with a deadly weapon, a handgun; threatening to commit a crime, murder, April 25 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 23.

STEVENS, Jillian R, 32, 1012 Old Stage Rd, Centerville; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone, January 19 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 23.

THOMAS, Jason A, 34, 1012 Old Stage Rd, Centerville; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone, January 19 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 23.  Thomas is co-defendant @STEVENS, above.

WALL, Parrish M, 38, 33 Pinewood Rd, Yarmouth; assault & battery, March 18 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 23.

DISPOSITIONS

CUNNINGHAM, Philip W, 43, 356 Phillips Rd Apt #4, Sandwich; two counts, receiving stolen property over $250, December 8 2010 in Barnstable.  Both counts, guilty plea.  Both counts, guilty finding.  Eighteen months house of correction, six months to be served, balance suspended.  57 days credit, committed.  Probation until October 25 2012.

CUNNINGHAM, Philip W, 43, 356 Phillips Rd Apt #4, Sandwich; larceny over $250, February 28 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Eighteen months house of correction, six months to be served, balance suspended.  Committed, concurrent @10CR-3844:  see CUNNINGHAM, above.  Restitution of $850. 

DURHAM, Frederick M, 51, 87 Ridgewood Ave, Hyannis; OUI liquor, failure to stop/yield, license not in possession, marked lanes violation February 13 in Barnstable.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until April 25 2012.  Failure to stop/yield, dismissed.  License not in possession, marked lanes, both not recorded.

MAYO, Charles, 47, 1431 Iyannough Rd Apt 18, Hyannis; larceny over $250, November 1 2010 in Sandwich.  Dismissed.  Restitution of $255.

ROBINSON, Jordan H, 43 Tomahawk Dr, Centerville; larceny over $250, April 22 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Two years, house of correction, nine months suspended; committed.  Continued for payment, probation to end on April 25 2014.

ROMIZA, Robert J, 23, 364 E. Falmouth Hwy Apt 304, Falmouth; larceny over $250, breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes, possessing a burglarious instrument, May 25 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.

SENNO, Lloyd, 63, 881 Rte 28 Apt #10, Yarmouth; assault & battery, March 11 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

WISSE, Zacquel D, 21, 167 Winter St, Hyannis; assault & battery, larceny from a person June 11 2010 in Barnstable.  Jury trial.  Dismissed.

PIERCE, Eric, W, Stafford Springs, CT; OUI, operating a motor vehicle negligently, Cranberry Highway, Wareham on April 26. Case continued to May 26 for pre trial hearing.

DISPOSITIONS

MCGILVRAY, Casey, 22, 34 Scott Dr., Plymouth; admit to sufficient facts to warrant a finding of guilt, OUI, operating a motor vehicle negligently on November 7, 2010.  Case continued without a finding with probation until April 25, 2012, 24 day alcohol education program, 45 day loss of license.

FERNANDES, Robert G, 60, 253 Berkley St., Taunton; OUI 2nd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle on March 16th in Wareham. 90 days suspended for 2 years, 14 day inpatient program.

PONTE,  Paul, 32, 7 Holly Lane, Mattapoisett;  admit to sufficient facts, OUI, 1 year probation, 45 day loss of license.

THRASHER, Dean M, 20, 252 Center St, Apt 2, Middleboro; disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, under 21 possession of liquor, distribution class D substance in Middleboro on February 13. According to the police report, police responding to reports of a large fight found a number of intoxicated people at Thrasher’s address. During the course of the investigation, police discovered 3 pot plants growing in Thrasher’s bedroom closet.  Thrasher admitted to sufficient facts to warrant a finding of guilt.  His case was continued without a finding with probation for 18 months.
