GONSALVES, Peter C, 1927 Falmouth Rd Apt #3, Centerville; receiving stolen credit card, improper use of credit card under $250 December 4 2010 in Falmouth.  Guilty plea, both counts.  Guilty finding, both counts.  60 days house of correction, both counts, both concurrent @1125-0051.

HARRIS, Steven M, 49, 219 Fresh Pond Rd, E. Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle with  suspended license, subsequent offense; Class B drug possession; number plate violation August 31 2010 in Falmouth.  Operating with suspended license, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Probation until April 27 2012.  Class B drug possession, dismissed.  Number plate violation, not responsible. 

PURDIE, Bryan C, 22, 63 Blacksmith Shop Rd, W. Falmouth; receiving stolen property over $250, October 29 2010 in Mashpee.  To be dismissed upon payment of costs.

ROBINSON, Mark W, 42, 13 Alderberry Rd, Bourne; assault & battery, threatening to commit a crime August 19 2010 in Bourne.  Both counts dismissed.

WARREN, Allan R, 21, 26 Shallow Pond Ln, E. Falmouth; Class B drug possession, Ecstasy (methylenedioxymethamphetamine, a.k.a. MDMA), November 12 2010 in Mashpee.  Admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding until April 26 2013.  Continued for payment until July 27 2011.

ARRAIGNMENTS

THATCHER, Anita L, AKA Anita Stevens, 49, 37 Bayview St., Wareham; OUI 2nd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and open container on April 28 in Wareham.  Continued to June 10 for pre-trial conference.

HUNTER, Christopher, 24, 3 Cedar St. Apt.2, Wareham; charged with aggravated assault and battery (domestic) on April 27. He was released on his own recognizance and ordered to appear on May 12. Hunter was apprehended after fleeing the scene by Wareham K9 Rolf who sniffed out Hunter hiding in a ditch.

COLLINS, Matthew J, 24, 35 Meadow St., Carver; charged with breaking and entering, daytime, for felony, larceny over $250 on March 27.  According to the police report, Collins allegedly stole jewelry, a camera, and tools valued at more than $1000 from the Meadow St. residence. The case is continued to June 10 for pre-trial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

TRIPP, Kevin, 54, 6 Rogers Ave, Wareham; entered a plea of guilty today on charges stemming from a domestic incident in September in Wareham. The charges included intimidation of a witness, larceny under $250, and threatening to commit a crime. Tripp was sentenced to 90 days in the Plymouth Count H/C on the 3 charges, to be run concurrently with each other.

EMBELTON, Michael J, 51, 29 Webster St., Middleboro; admitted to sufficient facts to warrant a finding of guilt on OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle in Middleboro in November 2009. Embelton was ordered to pay $415 in fees in addition to a 45 day loss of license.

JOHNSON, Barry C, 24, Pine St., Middleboro; charges dismissed with court costs from an incident in Middleboro in June 2010 from which Johnson had been charged with armed robbery and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.  Charges were dismissed for lack of prosecution.
