GIBSON, Andrew T, 19, Oakment Rd, Cummaquid; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, April 27 in Barnstable. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 7. According to police reports, Gibson was arrested subsequent to an ongoing "buy-and-bust" operation at his residence. He was found with $163, 4.8 ozs. of marijuana, a digital scale and a marijuana grinder.

GOMES, Shane, 28, 6 Cromesett Rd., Apt. 4, Wareham, and Corsano, Merideth J, 21, 73 Martin St., Buzzards Bay; both charged with distribution class B substance (cocaine) and conspiracy to violate drug laws. According to the police report, as the result of a month long investigation by members of the Cape Cod Task Force and Bourne and Wareham police departments, Gomes and Corsano were arrested after allegedly selling a quantity of cocaine to an undercover narcotics officer in the parking lot of a local restaurant. Corsano was released on $500 cash bail while Gomes remains in custody after his bail on an earlier case was revoked due to this new offense. The case was continued to May 12 for pre-trial conference.
COLLINS, Darnell R, 45, 10 Moody St., Brockton; charged with breaking and entering, nighttime, for felony and receiving stolen property in a case dating back to February involving the alleged theft of dozens of lottery tickets from a local gas station. An investigation by the Wareham PD into the break in resulted in the issuance of an arrest warrant for Collins. Collins was remanded on $20,000 cash bail.
CABRAL, Shawn R., 25, 18 Phillips Ave, New Bedford; arraigned on 2 counts of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, 2 counts larceny of a motor vehicle, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle from a complaint issued April 1. Case continued to May 10 for pre-trial conference.
LAMERE, Nathan, 20, 69 Mayflower Lane, E. Wareham; charged with possession of Class A substance (heroin) in Middleboro. Lamere was held on $1,000 cash bail, case continued to May 11 for pre-trial conference.
PRATT, Brandon T, 18, 3033 Cranberry Highway, Apt. B, Wareham; Pratt admitted to sufficient facts to one count of receiving stolen property in the theft of a golf cart valued at $4,200 from Bay Pointe Country Club. The case was continued without a finding for 18 months with supervised restitution.
