ARRAIGNMENTS

CROWELL, Paige, 38, 127 Main St, Sandwich; OUI drugs, marked lanes violation May 2 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 23.  According to police reports, Crowell was the operator of a brown Toyota Corolla that Sandwich police watched cross over the center line in front of their cruiser, near the Sandwich Car Wash.  Crowell's pupils were "pinpoints" and her speech was slurred.  Crowell informed officers she had taken several Ambien pills the previous night, visited the Wareham methadone clinic that morning then taken two oxycodone pills.  "I am messed up with all these drugs," she said.  Crowell failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

DICKSON, Tyler T, 19, 173 Hinckley Rd, Hyannis; assault & battery, intimidating a witness May 2 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 23.

SILVA, Marcus, 17, 43 Spring St, Hyannis; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; Class B drug possession, crack cocaine, May 2 in Barnstable.   Pretrial conference scheduled for June 10.

DISPOSITIONS

ANDERSON, Cynthia, 43, P.O. Box 888, Sagamore Beach; larceny by check under $250, December 17 2009 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed upon restitution to victim of $248.63.

HAMPTON, Devarus M, 28, 56 S. Sandwich Rd, Mashpee; unlawful wiretap, failure to stop/yield, state highway traffic violation March 2 in Barnstable.  Unlawful wiretap, dismissed.  Other counts, not recorded.

JOHNSON, Laura C, 46, 25 Rte 6A, Yarmouth; assault & battery, April 4 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

MORRISON, Shawn M, 29, 225 Main St, Apt #10, Hyannis; assault with a dangerous weapon, January 1 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

ORR, Amanda L, 24, 14 Bliscott Way, Yarmouth; larceny over $250, amended to larceny under $250; assault & battery, March 20 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea, both counts.  Guilty finding, both counts.  Continued for payment until September 2.

TILLMAN, Kenneth C, 52, 104 Rosemary Ln, Centerville; two counts, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, August 12 2010 in Barnstable.  Both counts dismissed.

ARRAIGNMENTS

PARENT, Matthew C, 48, 125 Duck Pond Rd, Wellfleet; fifty-two counts, commercial fishing license violation in Chatham, August 23 2010.  According to Environmental Police reports, Parent, doing business as New England Clam Products, purchased a large amount of seafood products from himself, acting as a vendor to his own business.  Parent did not hold a commercial fishing license endorsed for the taking of shellfish.  According to the Environmental Police, the illegal take had a market value of $1,278 in sea scallops (1,278 lbs.), $1,850 in oysters (3,700 pieces), and approximately $1,300 in four partial totes of oysters, four partial bags of quahogs, four partial baskets of oysters and 56.2 lbs. of sea scallop meats.

DISPOSITIONS

DOHERTY, Charles J III, 59, 319 Main St Apt A, Dennis Port; assault & battery, September 26 2010 in Harwich.  Dismissed.  Defendant discharged.

ARRAIGNMENTS

WILLIS, Leon, 17, 104 Plympton St., Middleboro; possession of Class A substance (heroin), being present were heroin is kept, conspiracy to violate drug law, in Middleboro on May 3, and in a companion case, WILLIS, Jessica, 33, 608 Washington St., Abington; being present where heroin is being kept, reckless endangerment of a child, possession of Class A substance (heroin), conspiracy to violate drug laws, in Middleboro on May 3.  According to the police report, police responded to 41 Cortland St., Middleboro on a tip that two people inside the apartment were planning to commit suicide by injecting an overdose amount of heroin. Allegedly, police had permission from the owner of the apartment to enter by any means, including kicking in the door.  When the police entered, also according to the police report, they discovered Jessica allegedly under the influence of a narcotic drug. Leon Willis, her son, was discovered hiding in a closet, also, according to the report, under the influence of a narcotic drug. Jessica Willis allegedly admitted “shooting up” a quantity of heroin with her son.  Their cases were continued to June 30 for pretrial conference.

LUFKIN, Mark, 24, 59 Wareham St., Middleboro; from a complaint issued April 12. Lufkin was charged with receiving stolen property, a Yamaha PW 50 motorbike.  He was released on his own recognizance. The case was continued to June 30 for pre-trial conference.

FERREIRA, Kevin C, 19, 33 Mount Pleasant St., Plymouth; possession of Class B substance (oxycodone) from a complaint issued April 29 in Carver. Ferreira was released on his own recognizance. The case was continued to June 14 for pretrial conference.
