ARRAIGNMENTS

CANNISTRARO, Joseph M, 21, 800 Wakeby Rd, Marstons Mills; OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation April 30 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 15.

DUFFY, Michael, 25, 800 Bearse's Way Apt #4WA, Hyannis; assault & battery, intimidating a witness May 1 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 30.

ELDREDGE, Matthew W, 28, 77 Winter St, Hyannis; assault & battery on a police officer; disorderly conduct; Class B drug possession, oxycodone, April 30 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 6.  According to police reports, a Barnstable officer observed a man known to him riding a small bicycle near a location known for drug commerce.  As the bicyclist passed, Eldredge raised his hand as if to effect an exchange.  Eldredge reached into his pocket upon which the officer pulled up in his cruiser.  He ordered both to halt.  The bicyclist fled.  Eldredge punched the officer in the shoulder and ran.  Once the cruiser caught up with him, Eldredge took a fighting stance and was tasered.  He was then arrested.

FAY, Connor M, 121 Camp St, Unit 111, W. Yarmouth; person under 21 in possession of liquor; three counts, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a handgun, April 29 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 6.

GIANGREGORIO, Ralph J, 65 Town Brook Rd, W. Yarmouth; assault & battery, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a coffee cup thrown at the head, April 28 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 6.

ISSLER, Shannon, 34, 108 Beacon St E, E. Yarmouth; assaulting to rob while armed with a firearm, April 29 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 25.  According to police reports, Issler surrendered voluntarily to police and was charged with armed robbery at the Stop & Shop.

LEE, Terry, 31 Lakewood Dr, Mashpee; assault with a dangerous weapon, a shovel; threatening to commit a crime, murder, April 29 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 1.   According to police reports, Lee is a suspect in a violent altercation over the cost of repairing a black Jeep.

NAYLOR, David M, 53, 69 Debbie's Ln, Marstons Mills; violating an abuse prevention order, May 1 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 23.

OBELL, Mitchell, 17, 53 Capt. Blount Rd, S. Yarmouth; carrying a dangerous weapon, brass knuckles, April 29 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 6.

POLYDORES, Crystal M, 30, 341 Poponesset Rd, Cotuit; Class B drug possession, crack cocaine, May 1 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 1. 

SOBOL, Samuel D, 23, 95 Brook Rd, Sharon; larceny under  $250, Class B drug possession, suboxone; two counts, Class E drug possession, cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride and gabapentin, April 30 in Barnstable.  Continued for payment, pretrial conference scheduled for May 25.  According to police reports, Sobol, a walk-in patient at Cape Cod Hospital, began acting strangely.  He gave permission for hospital staff to search his bag, then became agitated at the discovery of a Cape Cod Hospital prescription pad.  Officers found ten whole and two half- orange pills engraved 8N:  suboxone in one of  Sobol's socks, along with 42 white large white pills engraved 600 on one side, 4442 on the other:  gabapentin .  Sobol's other sock held two small round yellow pills engraved M on one side and 751 on the other:  Flexeril.  Sobol was arrested.  Suboxone is a prescription medication used in the treatment of  opiod dependence .  Gabapentin is a prescription medication originally developed for use in the treatment of epilepsy, and now used to treat neuropathic pain as well as major depressive disorder.  Flexeril is a prescription medication used in the treatment of acute muscle spasms and depression. 

QUIGLEY, Michael J, 26, 6 Forest St Apt #4, Taunton; assault & battery; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a motor vehicle; threatening to commit a crime, murder, April 30 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 6.

SELLEW, Robert V, 67,  341 Poponesset Rd, Cotuit; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, May 1 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 1.  See POLYDORES, above.

VALERIO, Michael A, 52, 24 Tern Ln, Centerville; assault & battery, April 30 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 1. 

DISPOSITIONS

CHILDS, Bryan S, 44, 260 Commett Rd, Marstons Mills; larceny from a building, breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes April 9 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea, both counts.  Guilty finding, both counts.  One year house of correction, suspended.  Must stay away from victim.  Restitution $1000.

DRAPER, Glenn M, 44, 28 Wall St, Hampton Beach NH; two counts, larceny under $250 September 27 1989 in Falmouth.  Both counts dismissed.

MERCURIO, Nicholas P, 8 Shootflying Hill Rd Apt 7, W. Barnstable;  larceny over $250, forgery of check April 13 in Barnstable.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until May 1 2013.  Forgery, dismissed.  Drug- and alcohol-free with screens until May 1 2013.  $477 restitution. 

TIEXIERA, Darin B, 44, 96 Bosun's Way, Marstons Mills; violating an abuse prevention order, October 14 2010 in Barnstable.  Filed.

ARRAIGNMENTS

DILLON, Robert J, 18, 907 Alewife Cir, S. Yarmouth; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; person under 21 in possession of alcohol April 30 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 16.  According to police reports, two Brewster officers were dispatched following a report of a large party and fighting at Nickerson State Park.  The party abruptly ended on sight of the cruiser and the crowd fled into the woods.  Police interviewed four men standing next to a case of Pabst Blue Ribbon.  All four admitted they had been drinking and smoking marijuana.  Each was searched.  Officers found one can of Pabst Blue Ribbon in Dillon's pocket.  7.2 grams of marijuana and 13 cans of Pabst Blue Ribbon were entered into evidence.

GREGORY, Laura, 48, 703 Sherwood Forest Ln, Saugus; OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation April 30 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 17.

DISPOSITIONS

ZELLARS, John R, 44, 121 Sheffield Rd, Brewster; violating an abuse prevention order, June 30 2010 in Brewster.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Guilty finding.  One year house of correction, fifteen days pretrial confinement deemed served, balance suspended July 15 2011.  Probation until May 2 2012.

ARRAIGNMENTS

BADER, Jonathan P, 23, 14 James Circle, Mashpee: arraigned on multiple charges including assault and battery w/ dangerous weapon (samurai sword), assault w/ dangerous weapon (knife), threatening to commit a crime, disorderly conduct, assault, and animal cruelty upon a domestic turtle stemming from a domestic incident on Jeffries Lane on April 30. Case was continued to June 15.  Bader was released on $1,000 cash bail.

OSTROWSKI, John M, 48, homeless; assault with a dangerous weapon (knife) on April 30 in an alley of off Thatcher’s Row in Middleboro.  According to the police report, Ostrowski threatened to cut another individual with a small knife.  Case was continued to May 20.  Ostrowski was remanded to the Plymouth County House of Correction on $1,000 cash bail.

ERICKSON, Joel, 50, 295 Plymouth St., Middleboro; violation of abuse prevention order.  Case continued to May 19. Erickson was held on $350 cash bail.

CHARLAND, Paul M, 24, no address available; arraigned on charges including breaking and entering of a building for felony, larceny under $250, possession of class E substance(xanex), possession of a burglarious instrument. According to the police report, Marion police responded to the area of 215 Wareham Rd. for a breaking and entering that had just occurred.  The victims allegedly identified the perpetrator as Paul Charland.  Charland was held on $1,000 cash bail to await a May 18 pretrial hearing.

KOEPPEL, Ryland U, 21, 74 Burgess Ave., Rochester; OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container in a vehicle on April 30 in Marion.  Continued to June 17 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

MURPHY, Candice D, 749 Head of the Bay Rd.; admitted to sufficient fact to warrant a finding of guilt, OUI, from February 16, 2010 in Wareham.
