DOMINATTO, Emiliano T, 55, 817 Rte 28 Apt 11, Yarmouth; violating an abuse prevention order, May 4 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 1.

MARCELINE, Tyla J, 18, 74 Danvers Way, Hyannis; two counts, assault & battery May 5 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 9.

SCAGLIARINI, Robert J, 19, 258 Phillips Rd, Sandwich; assault & battery; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a motor vehicle, February 6 in Sandwich.  Pretrial probation to end on November 4.  Counseling.

DESCHAMPS, Devon E, 25, 376 Rte 6A Apt #1, Sandwich; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, April 6 in Barnstable.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Ninety days house of correction, suspended two years.  Continued for payment, probation until April 4 2013.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes, not recorded. 

GUERRINI, Derek A, 39, 71 Gleason Ave, W. Yarmouth; assault & battery on a disabled/60+ person with injury, April 15 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

HJORTH, John D, 43, 86 Wimbledon Dr, Apt #B, Yarmouth; breaking & entering for misdemeanor, carrying a dangerous weapon, Apri l 5 in Yarmouth.  Guilt plea, both counts.  Guilty finding, both counts.  Thirty days house of correction, each count.  Thirty days credit.  Deemed served.

LUKAS, James G, 55, 62 Bayberry Ln, Cotuit; breaking & entering & nighttime for felonious purposes, attempting to commit a crime, vandalizing property, larceny under $250 December 21 2010 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea, all counts.  Guilty finding, all counts.  Two years house of correction, five months to be served.  155 days credit.  Committed.  All counts concurrent.  Continued for payment, probation until May 3 2013.

MARAPOTI, Alicia, 27, 52 Rte 130, Forestdale; shoplifting by asportation, shoplifting by concealing merchandise May 11 in Sandwich.   Guilty plea, both counts.  Guilty finding, both counts.  Continued for payment until August 4.

ZONA, Michael D, 55, 8 Duffy Rd, W. Yarmouth; four counts, assault; disorderly conduct; December 2010 in Yarmouth.  Disorderly conduct, admitted to sufficient facts.  Guilty finding.  $150 fine.  Other counts, dismissed.

ZORNITSKY, Jaime E, 19, 162 Gleneagle Dr, Mashpee; OUI liquor, person under 21 in possession of liquor, state highway traffic violation January 20 in Mashpee.  OUI liquor, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until May 14 2012.  Person under 21 in possession, dismissed.  State highway traffic violation, not recorded.  Restitution private.

FOGG, James W, 18, 58 Round Cove Rd, Harwich; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, May 13 2010 in Harwich.  Bench trial.  Not guilty.

THOMPSON, Charlene D, 36, 212 Upper City Rd Apt 12B, Dennisport; Class B possession with intent to distribute; two counts, Class A drug possession with intent to distribute; two counts, Class B drug possession; Classs C drug possession, March 24 2010 in Dennis.  Class B drug possession, amended to possession with intent to distribute, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until September 27 2012.  Forfeiture $427.  Drug-free with screens.  Class A drug possession, amended to possession with intent to distribute, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until September 27 2012.  Class A drug possession, dismissed.  One count, class B drug possession, dismissed.  One count, Class B drug possession, admitted to sufficient facts.  Guilty finding.  Ninety days house of correction, concurrent with 1124 CR 0396, suspended until September 27 2012.  Probation until September 27 2012.  Class C drug possession, dismissed.

DISPOSITIONS

ZINE, Thomas Jr, 45, 89 Grove St., Middleboro; sufficient facts found, continued without a finding, probation until November 2012.  Zine had been arrested and charged with possession of Class B substance (Percocet) in March on Main St. in Wareham.

FITZPATRICK, Michael T, 44, 12 White Pine Rd., Wareham; found guilty and placed on probation until May 2012 on multiple drug charges from April in Wareham. Fitzpatrick’s vehicle was initially pulled over on Cranberry Highway for a loud exhaust system.  The stop escalated to a drug bust when, during a pat down search Fitzpatrick was found to be in possession of heroin, Klonopin, Suboxone, and Oxycodone. He was charged with 3 counts of possession with intent to distribute class B substance and 1 count of possession with intent to distribute class A substance.

CRIPPS, Timothy, 18, 300 Cherry St., Middleboro; Cripps and co-defendant MARTIN, Brandon, 19, 288 Cherry St. admitted to sufficient facts to warrant a guilty finding on 4 counts breaking and entering vehicle/boat, nighttime, for felony in connection with numerous thefts from automobiles on Marion Rd. and Harper Lane in Middleboro in September 2010. Both men were placed on probation until May 2013.

FERNANDES, Deena K, 25, 13 Archer Ct., Middleboro; plead guilty to charges of possession with intent to distribute Class B substance (Percocet) and possession of Suboxone and was placed on probation until May 2013. The initial arrest was the result of a search warrant executed on the Archer Ct. residence.
