FAMIGLETTE, Nicholas F, 25, 67 Maple Ave Apt #Rear, Hyannis; Class E drug distribution, Valium; conspiracy to violate drug laws, May 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 14.  Famiglette is the alleged driver @TIVEY, below.

LAWRENCE, Donald R, 86, 940 Belmont St Apt 23B, Brockton; indecent assault on a child under 14, April 12 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 12.

LOPES, Bobby L, 28, 42 Lake Rd W, W. Yarmouth; carrying a dangerous weapon, a switchblade, May 11 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 15.

TIVEY, Jeffrey C, 26, 79 Columbia Ave, Marstons Mills; conspiracy to violate drug laws; Class B drug possession, oxycontin; Class E drug possession, Valium, May 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 14.  According to police reports, Tivey was seen by an unmarked street detail purchasing narcotics from another person, who reached into Tivey's car to complete the exchange.  

DISPOSITIONS

HUBLER, Eric F, 55, 20 Lantern Ln, Hyannis; assault & battery, March 8 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.
