GUENARD, Carrie L, 51, 7 Williamsburg Ave, Harwich; resisting arrest; two counts, Class E drug possession September 3 2010 in Yarmouth.  All counts dismissed.

OJALA, Heather L, 24, 14 Standish St, Provincetown; unauthorized recording of a motion picture, May 17 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 20.  According to police reports, Ojala was caught filming an afternoon showing of Jump The Broom at the Cape Cod Mall Regal Cinemas.  She was alone in the theater at the time.

SNOW, Angela R, 32, 47 Parkway Pl, Hyannis; larceny from a building, improper use of a credit card, May 17 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 16.

SYPEK, Brock J, 19, 245 Poponesset Rd, Cotuit; breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a metal flashlight; assault & battery; intimidating a witness; larceny over $250 May 17 in Barnstable.  Dangerousness hearing scheduled for May 20.

MOHLER, Jeffrey M, 34, 44 Outpost Ln, Centerville; assault & battery, January 9 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Continued for payment, probation until May 7 2012.

PERRY, Melodiejoie G, 34, 50 Katie Ford Rd, Chatham; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation September 17 2010 in Yarmouth.  OUI, guilty.  14-day inpatient.  Continued for payment, probation until May 17 2013.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes, not recorded.

ROBERTS III, Ronald V, 23, 379 South St Apt #3, Hyannis; violating an abuse prevention order, March 7 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

SOUZA, Steven M, 44, 87 Farmersville Rd Apt #BSMT, Sandwich; assault & battery, April 5 in Sandwich.  Dismissed.

LOPES, Tinisha M, 21, 20 Winter St, Hyannis; receiving stolen property under $250 January 8 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 25.

SEKKAL, Jennot M, 24, 17 Gages Rd, Dennis; assault with a dangerous weapon, a cellphone, November 15 2010 in Orleans.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 23.  According to the statement of facts taken by police, Sekkal approached the victim outside the Orleans courthouse yelling "nice purse" and claiming same was hers.  Sekkal then struck the victim with her cellphone and announced she was going to key her car.

PETERS, James I, 18, 304 Commercial St, Provincetown; Class B drug possession, cocaine; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license May 18 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 24.

POOLE, Angela L, 40, Rte 124 Apt #716, Brewster; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, license not in possession May 17 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 24.

VARGAS, Juan M, 18, 434 Red Top Rd, Brewster; two counts, breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; two counts, vandalizing property; larceny over $250, May 15 in Eastham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 27.  According to police reports, the Nauset Regional High School Athletic Director discovered his office window had been shattered by a cinderblock.  A Fostner drill bit and a Makita 14.4 volt portable drill battery pack stolen from Nauset High, and marked with the school's name, were used by a perpetrator to enter another locked room.  An accomplice stated he and Vargas rode to the school on bicycles.  The two stole $2,225 in cash in addition to the tools.

NICHOLS, Kevin L, 50, 12 Euclid Ln, Bolton CT; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, state highway - wrong way, marked lanes violation September 7 2010 in Chatham.  OUI liquor, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, probation until May 17 2012.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  State highway - wrong way, responsible.  Filed.  Marked lanes, not responsible.

ARRAIGNMENTS

HENRY, James L, 46, 15 Candlelight Dr., Plymouth; from a complaint issued April 12, Henry was held on $5,000 bail on charges of unarmed robbery and conspiracy stemming from the robbery of Eagle Gas in Carver that netted $1,400. Case continued to June 24 for pretrial conference.

BRADY, Paul, 23, 232 W. Grove St., Middleboro; from a complaint issued April 29, Brady was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen credit card and improper use of a credit card under $250 in Middleboro on March 18. According to the police report, a “walk in” to the police station reported the larceny of his wallet from a bowling alley in Raynham. Apparently, according to the victim, the wallet was left unattended on the scoring table. Further investigation of video surveillance footage captured Brady allegedly attempting to purchase phone minutes with several of the victim’s cards. Brady was released on his own recognizance to await a June 9 pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

STAIRS, Wayne A, 58, 5 Derry Park Drive, Apt. 1, Middleboro; from a complaint issued April 25 in Middleboro, Stairs admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to August 16 on the charge of leaving the scene after property damage stemming from an auto accident.
