Pretrial conference scheduled for June 24. According to police reports, an anonymous caller reported two or three persons outside his house, banging on the window. The complainant stated one individual had a gun. Smith was located in the general area, "extremely nervous," and was arrested in connection with two small sandwich bags near his feet, one containing marijuana, the other an assortment of pills. Gabapentin is a prescription anti-seizure medication and muscle relaxant. Ambien is a prescription sleep aid. Clonidine hydrochloride is a prescription medication used to treat hypertension. Adderall is a prescription stimulant used in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and depression. Soma is a prescription muscle relaxant.

COYNE, Steven J, 32, 60 Sheffield Ave, S. Dennis; receiving stolen property over $250, May 21 in Dennis. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 7.
GALLAGHER, Brandon L, 19, 155 Mill Pond Rd, Brewster, person under 21 in possession of liquor; selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21, July 16 2010 in Brewster. Both counts, pretrial probation until November 30. According to police reports, an officer on extra patrol at the beach landing off Run Hill Rd, known as Upper Mill Pond Landing found four persons and a vehicle. The officer observed a bottle of Smirnoff vodka on the front passenger floor. Gallagher and another male furnished the vodka to two female friends, both underage by mixing it with lemonade. Both men tested below .08% on a portable Breathalyzer. Both were arrested.

MARTIN, Ryan C, 28, 926 Main St., Yarmouth; from a complaint issued May 22, Martin was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment of a child and witness intimidation. Bail was set at $1,000 cash. According to the police report, a Wareham officer was dispatched to the area of the Silver Lake Motel on a report of a possible domestic incident taking place in a vehicle. Martin allegedly hit the victim in the face, and refused to be taken into custody. The officer was forced to employ his taser to subdue Martin and take him into custody.
PINK, Jessica, 26, 53 Forest St., Carver; from a complaint issued May 23, Pink was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, domestic. Carver police were dispatched to the Forest St. address on a 911 hang-up. According to the victim, Pink allegedly fled the scene after striking him in the face. She later contacted the police station and turned herself in. Pretrial conference is set for June 21. Pink was released on her own recognizance.
MULHERN, Michael, 42, 91 Kimball Rd., Dedham; arraigned on OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open container and marked lane violation. Mulhern was released on his own recognizance to appear on July 13 for pretrial conference. According to the police report, a Marion police officer noticed a vehicle traveling 25 mph in a 50 zone on Mill St. As the officer neared the vehicle, it became apparent that the vehicle was being operated with more than one flat tire. As the officer approached from the opposite direction, Martin’s vehicle allegedly crossed over the double solid yellow lines into the officer’s path. A vehicle stop resulted in Mulhern’s arrest for operating under the influence of liquor.
TILLEY, Christopher A, 22, 9 Naushon Road, W.Wareham; from a complaint issued May 20, Tilley was held on the charge of fugitive from justice on a court warrant. Tilley was pulled over on Cranberry Highway for speeding. A warrant check indicated Tilley is wanted in Missouri on unspecified charges.
PYE, William J, 48, 9 Marion Rd., Mattapoisett; arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, (to wit, urine) from an incident on May 20. According to the police report, a Wareham officer was dispatched to the Tobey Hospital ER for a report of a patient causing a disturbance. Upon arrival they learned that a patient was intoxicated and allegedly threw a large jug full of urine at hospital staff. According to staff, Pye came in complaining of dental pain and became upset when, due to his level of intoxication, he was refused the medication he wanted. Pye was taken into custody without incident and transported to the station.
NUNES, Ellesse R, 22, 109 Russells Mills, South Dartmouth; from a complaint issued March 6, Nunes admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to May 2012 on charges of OUI, leaving the scene of property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle . Restitution to be determined as well as 45 day loss of license. According to the report, Mattapoisett police were dispatched to 53 County Rd., for a report of a hit and run accident involving a building. Upon arrival at the scene, police observed heavy damage to the building as well as numerous vehicle parts on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. The police followed a trail of oil from the scene of the crash to an address where a vehicle, with damage consistent with the crash, was discovered. Nunes was taken into custody.
