BASSETT, Liam E, 27, 116 Main St, E. Orleans; receiving stolen property over $250, May 23 in Eastham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 17.

DORISCA, Charles J, 24, 2 Browning Ave, Dorchester; trafficking in cocaine, May 23 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 23.

PRATT, Dustin A, 27, 20 Guild Rd, Forestdale; two counts, Class B drug possession, cocaine and amphetamine; Class E drug possession, trazodone, March 11 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 12.  According to police reports, officers responding to a vehicle rollover found the operator and Pratt both asleep.  They were taken to the hospital by the Sandwich Fire Department.  Police inventoried the contents of the vehicle and discovered less than .01 grams of cocaine, three amphetamine pills and a prescription bottle of eleven trazodone pills.  The prescription was not valid for either Pratt or the driver.  Trazodone is a prescription medication used in the treatment of depression.

CARREIRO, Diane M, 53, 26 Yarmouth Rd Apt #C2, Hyannis; assault & battery, February 26 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

DEPAOLO, Anthony L, 22, 38 Nobby Ln, W. Yarmouth; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; failure to signal; Class B drug possession January 25 in Barnstable.  Operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  $500 fine.  Failure to signal, not recorded.  Class B drug possession, dismissed.

JUDGE, Jennifer L, 43, 54 Witchwood Rd, S. Yarmouth; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation October 16 2010 in Yarmouth.  OUI liquor, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Ninety days house of correction, suspended two years.  Drug- and alcohol-free with screens, counseling.  Continued for payment, probation until May 23 2013.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes, recorded.

MEDEIROS, Monique, 27, 65A Woodland Ave, Hyannis; keeping an unlicensed dog six months or older, failure to clean up after dog, October 8 2009 in Barnstable.  both counts dismissed.

RICHARDSON, Ashley M, 26, 29 Barn Hill Rd, Apt B, Chatham; four counts, larceny over $250, March 11 in Chatham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 23.  According to police reports, Richardson is an ex-employee at Dunkin Donuts and a suspect in the theft of several store cash deposits.
