HORGAN, Robert, 55, 16 Pheasant Ave., Plymouth; arraigned on charges of OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle from his arrest on May 27. According to the report, Plymouth police dispatched to the area of Bourne Rd. and Lunn's Way on a report of a vehicle operating erratically allegedly discovered Horgan’s vehicle completely off the road in the grass. He was arrested at the scene. The case was continued to June 24.
ANDRADE, Frank J Jr., 25, 134 R. Herring Pond Rd., Plymouth; admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to May 25, 2012 on the charge of OUI from October 7, 2010. According to court documents, Plymouth police were dispatched to the area of 97 Herring Pond Rd. on a report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Andrade had to be extricated from his vehicle after the crash. Andrade was ordered to pay nearly $1,000 in fees and assessments and forfeit his license for 45 days.

GOMEZ, James C, 22, 30 Copperfield Dr., Bridgewater; arraigned on charges of OUI and marked lane violation from May 21st. According to the police report, at 2:15 am on May 21 Duxbury police allegedly observed a vehicle drive off the road on Tremont St. Gomez was taken into custody at the scene on the above charges.
MACKIE, Sheree A, 37, 708 Washington St., Whitman; arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, conspiracy, possession of Class C drug (opium), possession of Class E drug (desyrel), and possession of Class C drug (diazepam). Bail was set at $3,000. According to court documents, Mackie was out on $500 bail from Norfolk District Court stemming from charges of forgery. The Commonwealth sought to have that bail revoked based on the new charges.
FARLEY, Shelly A, 35, 46 Cyril Ave., Pembroke; from a complaint issued May 11, Farley was arraigned on the charge of intimidation of a witness. The case was continued to July 13 for pre-trial conference.
DELROSSO, Phillip A, 22, 619 Long Pond Rd., Plymouth; from a complaint issued May 4, Delrosso was arraigned on 5 counts of receiving stolen property over $250 stemming from a report of numerous pieces of jewelry sold at the Cash for Gold kiosk at the Kingston Mall. Delrosso was released on his own recognizance to appear on June 22.
TAYLOR, Brian D, 31, 25 Samoset St., Plymouth; from a complaint issued May 10, Taylor was arraigned on charges of rape and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older. Bail was set at $2,500 cash for his appearance on June 14. According to the police report, Taylor was taken into custody after an investigation into the incident by the Plymouth Police Department.
VICKERY, Edwin C, 26, 218 Standish Ave, Apt. 3, Plymouth; from a complaint issued May 24, Vickery was arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and conspiracy from an incident at Wall Wind Dr. on May 22 where police allege thousands of dollars worth of parts were taken from a vehicle. Vickery is in custody of the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department.
BEATRICE, Joseph L, 31, 27 East St., Mansfield; indicted on charges of unarmed burglary, breaking and entering of a depository, larceny from a building, possession of a firearm without FID card and larceny over $250. Beatrice is being held at the Plymouth County House of Correction on $5,000 bail. Plymouth police arrested Beatrice from fingerprint identification in an alleged breaking and entering at Pinehurst Village on January 12.
GOMER, Jeffrey S, 24, 21 Pine St., Duxbury; found not guilty after a bench trial on OUI charges stemming from a traffic stop on Court St. in Plymouth on May 22, 2010.

THAI, Sang Q, 27, 11 South Sidney St., Dorchester; was found to be in violation of the terms of his probation on charges of larceny over $250 and breaking and entering, vehicle for felony. Thai had received a suspended sentence on September 8, 2010 on the charges. Thai was sentenced on Wednesday to 90 days house of correction. Thai stole an LCD TV from a vehicle in the parking lot of the Independence Mall in December 2009.

MCCAULEY, Francis, 19, 4 Courtland St., Apt. 2, Middleboro; from a complaint issued May 19, McCauley arraigned on malicious destruction of property over $250. He was released on his own recognizance to appear on July 13.
WATKINS, Renee, 36, 10 Union St., Apt. 8, Taunton; from a complaint issued May 31, Watkins was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violation, no inspection sticker, and no registration in possession. Watkins was released on her own recognizance to appear for pre-trial conference on July 15.
GOODINGS, Michael J, 68 Cranberry Rd., Carver; from a complaint issued May 29, Goodings was arraigned on charges of OUI 2nd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open container in vehicle, license not in possession, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a large knife. According to the report, Carver police responded to a request from a resident to see an officer in regards to previous threats. When police arrived at the Cranberry Rd. address, it was determined that Goodings had called police to make the request, but had driven away in is truck. When police were exiting the driveway of the residence, they observed a truck drive by, allegedly driven by Goodings, operating in an erratic fashion. As a result of the vehicle stop, Goodings was arrested on the above charges. Goodings was released on his own recognizance to appear on July 15 for pre-trial conference.
NELSON, James J, 24, 335 Washington St., Apt. 4, Abington, and BLAKE, Cameron C, 27, 836 South St., Bridgewater; both men arraigned on possession of Class B drug, cocaine from a vehicle stop in Middleboro on May 28. According to the report, police made the initial stop for an expired registration. In the course of the stop, police allegedly made a “plain view observation” of what appeared to be a knife on the passenger side floor board, and ordered Nelson and Blake to exit the vehicle. During a pat frisk, police alleged found a crack pipe and 2 small rocks of cocaine in Nelson’s pocket, and a small, knotted bag of crack cocaine in Blake’s pocket. Both men were released on their own recognizance to appear on July 15 for pre-trial conference.
WHELAN, Barbara D, 19, 11 Pine Grove Lane, Marion; arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest stemming from a “disturbance” in the area of 367 Front St. in Marion on May 30. Whelan was released on her own recognizance to appear on July 15 for pre-trial conference.
THOMAS, Anthony, 20, 4 Eighteenth St., Onset, AMARAL, Dillon, 18, 3040 Cranberry Highway, #3, E. Wareham, PIRES, Camerin, 22, 4 Eighteenth St., Onset, FOWLER, Troy A, 28 Fairfield Dr., Wareham, and HIRLE, Daniel, 25, 412 Main St., Apt. 4, Wareham; all arraigned on receiving stolen property in connection with a past breaking and entering on Grandview St. The cases were continued to June 17 for pre-trial conference.
LINDESAY, Alric, 29, 73 Kimberly Ct., Wareham; arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding on May 25 in Wareham. According to the police report Lindesay was allegedly speeding on Swifts Beach Ave. The traffic stop resulted in Lindesay’s arrest on the aboce charges. The case was continued to July 15 for pre-trial conference.

MAGUIRE, Brendan, 32, 336 East St., Bridgewater; from his arrest on April 9, Maguire admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to May 25, 2012 on the charge of OUI. Maguire’s sentence included 45 day alcohol/drug education program, 45 day loss of license and $365 in fees and assessments.
ELDRIDGE, Michael, 27, 34 Wordell St., Rochester; charges of malicious destruction of property were dismissed at the request of the victim.
WEAVER, Joshua E, 20, 5 Savory Pond Rd., Plymouth; admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding with probation to February 27, 2012, and ordered to pay restitution to a charge of larceny over $250 from a reported employee theft at Target on November 18, 2010.
CAMPANRIO, Tina M, 44, 1021 Walnut Plain Rd., Rochester; from a complaint issued April 25, charges of assault and battery were dismissed by request of the victim from a domestic incident in Mattapoisett in April.

FARLEY, Stephanie, 24, homeless; arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery on ambulance personnel, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, breaking and entering for misdemeanor, and larceny under $250. Bail was set at $5,000 cash for Farley’s appearance on June 9. The charges stem from an incident in Wareham at Mattress World where a shopper witnessed a female break into his vehicle in the parking lot and allegedly steal a GPS device.
FIORENTINO, Richard A, 27, 12 Stevens Ave., Wareham; arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and 2 counts of marked lane violations from an accident in March on Oak St., where Fiorentino allegedly crashed into a house while driving intoxicated.
BRYANT, Desso B, 51, 38 Thirteenth St., Onset; charged with assault and battery, domestic, from an incident on May 26 in Wareham. Case was continued for pre-trial conference.

HARDY, Joshua A, 28, 54 North St., Apt. 3, Middleboro; indicted in Superior Court (all charges dismissed in Wareham District Court for arraignment in Superior Court) on five counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, one count of enticing a child under 16 and 1 count of obscene material to a minor from incidences occurring in January and February in Wareham. Hardy continues to be held on high bail.

DAVIS, Bradley, 23, 1101 Richwood Rd. #2, Monroe LA, LOVETT, Lakendrick, 26, 1215 Hinkle Dr., W.Monroe, LA, and MOSES, Corey L, 32, 670 Plymouth Ave., New Bedford each had 6 counts of possession of a firearm without FID card dismissed. The charges stem from the April 24 roll over crash on Rt. 495 S. in Wareham where numerous firearms were located in the trunk of the vehicle. Moses continues to be held on $75,000 bail on the single count of possession of a large capacity firearm. His case was continued to July 13.
ALMEIDA, Michael E Jr., 31, 95 Shaw Rd., Fairhaven; admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding, probation with restitution to May 24, 2012 on a charge of larceny by check.
HENDRICKS, Robert A, 53, 239 Onset Ave., Apt. 4, Onset; Found guilty of violation of abuse order, aggravated assault and battery and an additional charge of assault and battery, sentenced to 18 months house of correction, 6 months to serve, probation to May 23, 2013.
