ARRAIGNMENTS

TAGUE, Christopher, 22, 19 Cordage Terrace, Plymouth; from a complaint issued April 14, Tague was arraigned on 5 counts of uttering false check. The case was continued to June 22 for pretrial conference. Tague allegedly cashed stolen checks totaling $860.

CONNOR, Basheen J, 30, Plymouth County H/C; arraigned on fugitive from justice charge for a warrant out of Rhode Island. Connor also entered a guilty plea on a charge of receiving stolen property from a complaint issued March 14. He was sentenced to 60 days H/C, deemed served.

BARTLETT, John M, 29, 24 Ferndale Ave., Pembroke; Bartlett arraigned on OUI 2nd offense. According to the police report, on May 28, Pembroke police were dispatched to a report of a male passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at a stop light at the intersection of Center and Mattakeesett St. Police allege that Bartlett was the operator of that vehicle, and that he was intoxicated.

BRANDON, Christopher J, 27, 40 Redwood Circle, Pembroke; from a complaint issued April 14, Brandon was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, blunt object, and assault and battery. Brandon was released on his own recognizance to appear on June 29 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

WALLACE, Josh J, 28, homeless; entered a guilty plea on the charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, 3rd offense, the property of Shaw’s Supermarket on January 19. Wallace was sentenced to 30 days house of correction, committed.

ARRAIGNMENTS

DER, Patricia A, 53, 4 Surrey Drive, Carver; arraigned on charges of OUI. According to the report, while on routine patrol, a Carver police officer observed a vehicle parked on Rt. 58 straddling the fog line with hazard lights on. Upon further investigation, it is alleged that Der had been operating that vehicle while intoxicated.

DISPOSITIONS

ROJA, Alfredo Hernandez, 47, 150 Heritage Way, Newport News, VA; admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to a charge of OUI. The charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon request of the Commonwealth. Roja was ordered to pay $600 in fees and assessments and give up his license for 45 days.

PERRY, Robert, 35, 40 Gibbs Ave., Wareham; Perry entered a guilty plea on the charges of possession of Class B drug, subsequent offense, and breaking and entering for misdemeanor in connection with a breaking and entering at 40 Gibbs Ave in Wareham. Perry was sentenced to 120 days house of correction, credit of 58 days served.

ALEXANDER, Rachel, 28, 412 Main St., #1, Wareham;  Alexander admitted to sufficient facts on two counts of possession of Class B drug, cocaine, continued without a finding with probation to May 31 2013.

LUDWIG, Adam, 31, 2 Ash St., Middleboro; Ludwig admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to June 1, 2012 on the charge of possession of Class A drug, heroin.
