BRIMMER, John, 25, 30 Brimmer Ln, S. Wellfleet; conspiracy to violate drug laws; Class B drug possession, cocaine;  Class E drug possession, alprazolam and suboxone, May 31 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29.

BYERS, Jordan S, 20, 438 Old Town Rd, Hyannis; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; conspiracy to violate drug laws; no inspection sticker, May 28 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 17.  According to police reports, officers also seized $2850 in cash from Byers pursuant to the investigation.

CORREIA, Frank A, 27, 168 Barnstable Rd, Apt 9K, Hyannis; violating an abuse prevention order, May 30 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 27.

ENGLISH, Michael J, 22, 20 Butler, W. Yarmouth; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; speeding; Class D drug possession, marijuana; assault & battery on a police officer; disorderly conduct May 27 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 7.  According to police reports, this arrest was made by the Street Crime Unit (SCU) pursuant to public complaints concerning open air crime/street crimes of violence/drug sales/lewd & lascivious conduct in public at the east end of Hyannis.

HORTON, Shawn T, 25, 6 Sylvan Ln, W. Yarmouth; assault with a dangerous weapon, a large knife, 4" blade; threatening to commit a crime; May 29 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29.

JOYCE, Nancy E, 65, 300 Buck Island Rd, Apt 5E, W. Yarmouth; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; improper turn; Class C drug possession, alprazolam), May 30 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 7.  According to police reports, Joyce stated she did not have a prescription for the alprazolam, which was in yellow pill form (6 pills) and peach pill form (2 pills). 

MAGEE, Kevin, 47, 113 Whistleberry Dr, Marstons Mills; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; Class B drug possession, cocaine (0.5 grams  May 29 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 15.

MORIN, Seth D, 20, 52 Haverford Rd, Warwick RI; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; conspiracy to violate drug laws, May 28 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 17.

SMITH, Mitchell, 24, 124 Rock Harbor Rd, Orleans; conspiracy to violate drug laws; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine; two counts, Class E drug possession with intent to distribute, suboxone and alprazolam, May 20 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29.

BRYANT, William, 21, 28 Mashpee Neck Rd, Mashpee; aggravated assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a black-handled folding knife, May 29 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 19.

CALADO, Deborah A, 51, 628 Main St, Apt 2-S, Woburn; Class E drug possession, Tramadol, May 29 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 17.  Tramadol is a prescription medication used in the treatment of moderate to severe pain.

CARREIRO, Che, 40, 435 Harvest Rd, Eastham; assault & battery, May 27 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 14.

CRAFT, Philip, 26, 8 White Ln, Dennis; OUI liquor, second offense; leaving the scene of property damage; marked lanes violation; speeding; negligent operation of a motor vehicle May 31 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 30.

JOSEPH, William N, 29, 539 River Rd, Marstons Mills; assault & battery, May 30 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 13.

KELLY, Justin D, 20, 35 Hudson Rd, W. Yarmouth; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; drug violation near a school or park; conspiracy to violate drug laws May 27 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 13.  According to police reports, Kelly was the rear passenger @VAN HAUSEN, below, and was found in possession of $1,880 in cash.

MAGINNISS, Colleen M, 66, 18 Oriole Cir, Brewster; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation May 27 in Eastham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 27.

MALER, Trevor, 19, 27 Baker's Path, S. Yarmouth; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, drug violation near a school or park; conspiracy to violate drug laws May 27 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 13.  According to police reports, Maler was the driver @VAN HAUSEN, below, and surrendered a bag of marijuana to police from the area of the driver's side door.

MASON, Shayna M, 25, 130 Canal St, Apt 602, Fall River; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; failure to stop for police; passing violation; marked lanes violation May 28 in Truro.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 30.

MCCARTHY, Daniel, 22, 16 Colonial Dr, Sutton; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, state highway traffic violation May 30 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 13.

PAQUETTE, Brian J, 22, 4 Early Red Cir, Sandwich; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; larceny from a building May 28 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 30.

ROSE, Chatae R, 23, 50R Park St, Taunton; Class B drug possession, suboxone; two counts, Class C drug possession (Flexeril and Klonapin) May 28 in Truro.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 16.  According to police reports, Truro officers pulled over a white Honda Accord on Rte 6 southbound.  Rose was a passenger in the vehicle, which had a prescription bottle with its label removed in the glove compartment.  The bottle contained all three prescription medications. Rose said these were hers but she did not have a valid prescription for any of the drugs.  

SUZANO, Maryana S, 23, 189 Wells St, Bridgeport CT; assault & battery, May 28 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 1.

SMITHSON, Dana G, 40, 620 Tubman Rd, Brewster; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a chair, May 28 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 14.

VAN HAUSEN, Natalia C, 18, 27 Wager Kb, S. Dennis; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; drug violation near a school or park, May 27 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 13.  According to police reports, Dennis officers were in an unmarked undercover vehicle assigned to police local liquor establishments for underage drinking.  While parked at 9:15 p.m. at the Dennis Food Mart, one officer observed a passenger in the rear of a vehicle under a lit interior dome light holding a brown wrapper in a manner suggesting he was preparing a "blunt" (a cigar opened up with the tobacco removed, marijuana added and the outer leaf re-rolled by hand).  A search of the car turned up 2.1 ozs. of marijuana in one plastic bag, one pipe in the car's center console and another pipe in Van Hausen's pocketbook.  Because the parked car was within 1,000 feet of the Nathaniel Wixon School, police charged all three vehicle occupants with "drug violation near a school or park."  See KELLY and MALER, above.

WILLIAMS, Sandra A, 35, 6608 74th St, Middle Village NY; assault & battery, May 30 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 14. 

DISPOSITIONS

DIPAOLO, Scott, 20, 11 Cheney Pond Rd, Medfield; person under 21 in possession of liquor, May 28 in Dennis.  Dismissed.

LUCAS, Theodore T, 25, 17A Post Office Rd, Chatham; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation October 30 2010 in Chatham.  Bench trial.  OUI, not guilty.  Negligent operation, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until January 26, 2012.  Marked lanes, responsible.

PINNEY, Brigette C, 18, 596 Queen Anne Rd, Harwich; assault, May 30 in Harwich.  Dismissed.

SILVA, Len M, 38, 16 Harpoon Ln, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, March 12 in Harwich.  Dismissed.

ARRAIGNMENTS

MCCAULEY, Francis, 19, 4 Courtland St., Apt. 2, Middleboro; from a complaint issued May 19, McCauley arraigned on malicious destruction of property over $250. He was released on his own recognizance to appear on July 13.

WATKINS, Renee, 36, 10 Union St., Apt. 8, Taunton; from a complaint issued May 31, Watkins was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violation, no inspection sticker, and no registration in possession. Watkins was released on her own recognizance to appear for pre-trial conference on July 15.

GOODINGS, Michael J, 68 Cranberry Rd., Carver; from a complaint issued May 29, Goodings was arraigned on charges of OUI 2nd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open container in vehicle, license not in possession, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a large knife. According to the report, Carver police responded to a request from a resident to see an officer in regards to previous threats. When police arrived at the Cranberry Rd. address, it was determined that Goodings had called police to make the request, but had driven away in is truck. When police were exiting the driveway of the residence, they observed a truck drive by, allegedly driven by Goodings, operating in an erratic fashion.  As a result of the vehicle stop, Goodings was arrested on the above charges. Goodings was released on his own recognizance to appear on July 15 for pre-trial conference.

NELSON, James J, 24, 335 Washington St., Apt. 4, Abington, and BLAKE, Cameron C, 27, 836 South St., Bridgewater; both men arraigned on possession of Class B drug, cocaine from a vehicle stop in Middleboro on May 28. According to the report, police made the initial stop for an expired registration. In the course of the stop, police allegedly made a “plain view observation” of what appeared to be a knife on the passenger side floor board, and ordered Nelson and Blake to exit the vehicle. During a pat frisk, police alleged found a crack pipe and 2 small rocks of cocaine in Nelson’s pocket, and a small, knotted bag of crack cocaine in Blake’s pocket. Both men were released on their own recognizance to appear on July 15 for pre-trial conference.

WHELAN, Barbara D, 19, 11 Pine Grove Lane, Marion;  arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest stemming from a “disturbance” in the area of 367 Front St. in Marion on May 30. Whelan was released on her own recognizance to appear on July 15 for pre-trial conference.

THOMAS, Anthony, 20, 4 Eighteenth St., Onset, AMARAL, Dillon, 18, 3040 Cranberry Highway, #3, E. Wareham, PIRES, Camerin, 22, 4 Eighteenth St., Onset, FOWLER, Troy A, 28 Fairfield Dr., Wareham, and HIRLE, Daniel, 25, 412 Main St., Apt. 4, Wareham; all arraigned on receiving stolen property in connection with a past breaking and entering  on Grandview St. The cases were continued to June 17 for pretrial conference.

LINDESAY, Alric, 29, 73 Kimberly Ct., Wareham; arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding on May 25 in Wareham. According to the police report Lindesay was allegedly speeding on Swifts Beach Ave. The traffic stop resulted in Lindesay’s arrest on the above charges. The case was continued to July 15 for pretrial conference.
