HAYWARD, Nicholas A, 22, 77 Rte 28 Apt 5, W. Yarmouth; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; Class B drug possession, Percoset; conspiracy to violate drug laws May 28 in Barnstable. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 14. According to police reports, Barnstable officers pulled over a black Nissan Maxima at 7 PM for an expired inspection sticker. Officers attested to the smell of raw (unburnt) marijuana. Hayward was the front seat passenger. Four ounces of marijuana were found inside a backpack in the Maxima. Hayward was found in possession of one (1) Percoset pill in his right front pants pocket without a prescription.
HERNANDEZ, Madina M, 19, 173 Hinckley Rd, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a wallet, May 30 in Barnstable. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 1. According to police reports, the wallet is a 4 x 6 Coach wallet with a metal buckle on the front.
MAHLER, Brandon, 17, 125 Station Ave, Yarmouth; assault & battery, May 27 in Yarmouth. Pretrial conference scheduled for July 7.
SINAWSKI, Mark C, 49, 37 Headwaters Ln, Duxbury; OUI liquor, fourth offense; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; shoplifting by asportation May 28 in Yarmouth. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29.

LYNCH, Rasharn J, 31, 19 Forest Ave, Plymouth; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, Percoset; resisting arrest; disorderly conduct May 31 in Barnstable. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29. According to police reports, Lynch was a passenger in a brown Subaru wagon stopped by the Street Crimes Unit for a minor traffic violation. The operator appeared "very nervous." Four (4) Percoset pills were found under Lynch''s baseball cap. No other drugs were found in the vehicle.
DOMINATTO, Emiliano T, 55, 817 Rte 28, Apt 11, Yarmouth; kidnapping; assault with a dangerous weapon, a large kitchen knife; assault & battery, February 16 in Yarmouth. Nolle prosequi, all counts, "in the interest of justice."
HARRINGTON, Sheryll A, 55, 56 Puritan, Apt RD, Buzzards Bay; OUI drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, Class E drug possession September 22 2010 in Sandwich. OUI, admitted to sufficient facts. 24D program. Continued without a finding, continued for payment until May 31 2012. Other counts dismissed.

BARTLETT, Stephen, 41, 10 Middle St, S. Dennis; OUI liquor, speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation June 1 in Dennis. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29.
HARRINGTON, Timothy, 45, 274 Lower County Rd, Harwich; assault; vandalizing property; threatening to commit a crime; assault & battery on a police officer May 31 in Harwich. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29. According to police reports, Harrington yelled obscenities outside a neighbor's house, then threw a potted plant onto the neighbor's property. Neither the owner nor his wife had ever met Harrington. Later that same day, Harrington accosted a landscaper working near Harrington's house, then tipped a motorcycle over and scattered trash about the first neighbor's property. When asked to leave, Harrington called one of the owners "a psycho," and threatened to "slit (her) throat with a knife." The motorcycle sustained damage. Harrington was arrested.
JOHNSON, Leif L, 19, 13 Wareham St, Provincetown; vandalizing property, May 31 in Provincetown. According to police reports, Provincetown officers responded at about 11:45 PM to a report of four juveniles jumping up and down on cars parked across from 161 Commercial Street. Four vehicles wound up with dented roofs. Johnson, described as "well-known to this Department," was arrested.

VALDEZ, Carlos E, 17, 269 Commercial St, Provincetown; vandalizing property, assault & battery May 31 in Provincetown. Pretrial conference scheduled for June 23. VALDEZ is charged in the same incident as JOHNSON, above.

DER, Patricia A, 53, 4 Surrey Drive, Carver; arraigned on charges of OUI. According to the report, while on routine patrol, a Carver police officer observed a vehicle parked on Rt. 58 straddling the fog line with hazard lights on. Upon further investigation, it is alleged that Der had been operating that vehicle while intoxicated.
ROJA, Alfredo Hernandez, 47, 150 Heritage Way, Newport News, VA; admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to a charge of OUI. The charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon request of the Commonwealth. Roja was ordered to pay $600 in fees and assessments and give up his license for 45 days.
PERRY, Robert, 35, 40 Gibbs Ave., Wareham; Perry entered a guilty plea on the charges of possession of Class B drug, subsequent offense, and breaking and entering for misdemeanor in connection with a breaking and entering at 40 Gibbs Ave in Wareham. Perry was sentenced to 120 days house of correction, credit of 58 days served.
ALEXANDER, Rachel, 28, 412 Main St., #1, Wareham; Alexander admitted to sufficient facts on two counts of possession of Class B drug, cocaine, continued without a finding with probation to May 31 2013.
LUDWIG, Adam, 31, 2 Ash St., Middleboro; Ludwig admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to June 1, 2012 on the charge of possession of Class A drug, heroin.
