CAPPOLA, Ryan J, 31, 187 Beth Ln, Hyannis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, suboxone, June 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 28.  According to police reports, the Barnstable Street Crimes Unit pulled over a green Dodge Durango for an expired inspection sticker.  As the Dodge was approaching the curb, officers saw Cappola toss a bag of blue pills at a passenger.  She had $1,000 cash on her person.  Neither had a prescription for the suboxone.

CLARK, Kerry J, 27, 1126 Alewife Cir, Yarmouth; assault & battery, June 4 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 20.

FULLER, Anastasia L, 24, 119 Emerson Way, Centerville; Class E drug possession, June 4 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 11.

GIRARD, Richard D, 51, 31 Buckwood Rd, S. Yarmouth; OUI liquor, fourth offense; unregistered motor vehicle, marked lanes violation June 5 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 28.

GREGOIRE, Michael D, 24, 10 Windshire Rd, Hyannis; nine counts, breaking & entering a boat/vehicle at nighttime for felonious purposes; breaking & entering for felonious purposes; breaking & entering for misdemeanor; nine counts, larceny under $250; malicious damage to a motor vehicle; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, June 4 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29.  According to police, Gregoire is charged in a number of motor vehicle break-ins in the vicinity of Katharyn Michael Rd.  Gregoire was found in possession of stolen items including an MP3 player and a Nikon digital camera, as well as marijuana packaged for sale.

GREGOIRE, same.  Breaking & entering a vehicle/boat at nighttime for felonious purposes, June 4 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29.

GREEN, Teague L, 30, 296 W. Main St, Dennis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine, June 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 15.

GURKA, John, 24, 300 Buck Island, Apt #141, W. Yarmouth; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open container violation June 5 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 22.

MAHONEY, William J, 31, 54 Waltham Cir, W. Yarmouth; Class A drug possession, subsequent offense, heroin, June 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 1.

MEDEIROS, Nicole L, 26, 48 Walton Ave, Hyannis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, suboxone and Percoset, June 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 28.  Medeiros is the female passenger charged @CAPPOLA, above.  Police found more drugs inside her handbag.

POPPE, Jonathan P, 26, 80 College St, Apt #ST, Worcester; OUI liquor, June 4 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 8.

REED, Howard W II, 46, 11 Camp St, Apt #2, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, other; assault & battery; intimidating a witness; threatening to commit a crime June 4 in Barnstable.  Dangerousness hearing scheduled for June 10.

SAMPSON, Jeffrey D, 26, 79 Head of the Pond Ln, Marstons Mills; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, June 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 22. 

VALERIO, Michael A, 52, 24 Tern Ln, Centerville; assault & battery, intimidating a witness June 5 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 14.

WOLFF, Stuart, 43, 12 Harvard St, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person with injury May 6 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 18.

ZINOV, Ilya, 22, 76 Thread Needle Ln, Centerville; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine; carrying a dangerous weapon, a switchblade, June 4 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 27.  Bail revoked.

DOS SANTOS, Ronilton, 40, 95 Malden St, Everett; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle May 28 in Barnstable.  OUI liquor, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  $500 fine.  Negligent operation, unlicensed operation both dismissed.

ODELL III, Mitchell, 17, 53 Capt Blount Rd, S. Yarmouth; carrying a dangerous weapon, April 29 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.  Forfeiture of brass knuckles.

YOUNG, Stephen O, 27, 25 Lake Rd West, Yarmouth; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, text messaging while operating a motor vehicle April 20 in Yarmouth.  OUI liquor, guilty.  24D program.  Continued for payment, probation until June 5 2012.  Negligent operation, guilty finding.  Marked lanes, electronic messaging, both recorded.

FRAWLEY, Gregory G, 38, 188 Center St, Dennis Port; shoplifting by concealing merchandise, September 25 2010 in Harwich.  Pretrial probation until September 6.  According to police reports, store personnel at the White Hen observed Frawley stick a bottle of Jägermeister in his pocket.  When he tried to exit the store paying for a single beer, but not the liquor, he was arrested.

FREEMAN II, James E, 31, 278 Conwell St, Provincetown; assault & battery, May 9 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 7.

KRASNIQI, Fisnik, 26, 706 Shore Rd, Apt 29, Truro; indecent assault on a person 14 or over, June 5 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 7.  No contact with witness.

MORIARTY, Meagan, 32, 40 Lake Dr, Dennis; two counts, assault & battery June 5 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 7.

RICHMAN, Christopher J, 45, 3 Middle St, S. Dennis; two counts, assault & battery, June 3 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 7.

SCARRY, Shannon S, 63, 23 Fox Crossing Rd, Brewster; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open container violation June 5 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 20.

KELLY, Richard F, 24, 29 Cedardale Rd, Harwich; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, February 8 in Harwich.  Final disposition:  dismissed by the Court.

JACOBS, Kelly J, 24, 404 Winslow Grey Rd, Yarmouth; false or misuse of a liquor ID card/license, May 11 2004 in Harwich.  Final disposition:  dismissed by the Court.

ARRAIGNMENTS

WALKER, Kevin, 30, 12 Hobson Ave., Wilmington;  Walker was held on $10,000 cash bail on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest stemming from a vehicle stop conducted by State Police on June 4 on Rt. 44 in Middleboro. According to the police report, Walker was the passenger in the vehicle stopped for speeding.  A subsequent warrant check revealed that Walker had an active default warrant out of Suffolk Superior Court for assault and battery on a correctional officer. When confronted with arrest on the warrant, Walker allegedly ran off with the trooper in hot pursuit.  After a struggle, Walker was taken into custody.

YODER, Matthew, 28, 2 Depot St., Apt. 2, E. Wareham; arraigned on charges of assault by means of a dangerous weapon, knife, stemming from a domestic disturbance in Wareham on June 5. Bail was set at $1,500 for Yoder’s appearance on June 30.

LANOUE, Deborah A, 50, 128 Gatehouse Dr., E. Wareham; arraigned on charges of OUI / drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding on June 2nd .  According to the police report, State Police responding to numerous calls of an erratically operating vehicle observed the vehicle traveling in excess of 85 mph on Rt. 495 northbound. When stopped, Lanoue allegedly claimed to have taken some kind of sleep or pain medication. Lanoue was released on her own recognizance to appear on July 18 for pretrial conference.

GRAHAM, Scott, 53, 43 Circuit Ave., Wareham; arraigned on charges of OUI 4th offense, suspended license, suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. The case was continued to July 17 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

BLUNT, Nicole, 18, 97 Purchase St., Middleboro; admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding to September 2 on the charge of possession of a counterfeit note, a $20 dollar bill, in Wareham on February 25. Blunt was identified from video surveillance footage passing the bill.
