HORTON, Phillip R, 24, 638 Whitetail Loop, Abopka FL; murder, April 19 2009 in Yarmouth.  Nolle prosequi.  Defendant indicted/arraigned in Superior Court.

KANDRICK, James D, 18, 8 Bishop Path, Sandwich; larceny over $250; trespassing; destruction of property April 30 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 7.  According to police reports, the owner of a landscaping truck contacted police to report a theft.  Two headlight assemblies, two window visors and a trailer hitch were missing from the truck, parked overnight at PA Landers Pit.  The owner expressed bafflement, explaining he has no disgruntled employees or customers, and no adversaries he is aware of.  Officers spoke with the employees and found no reports of missing items or vandalized property.  The owner discovered a Facebook posting by Peter Kandrick, the suspect's brother, dated April 30 with a picture of a Ford 250, above the words "new headlights."  A third party involved confirmed the theft.  The parts were removed from the Ford 250 and Kandrick was arrested.

IAROCCI, Michael A, 21, 13 Oriole Ln, Sandwich; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, speeding, May 25 in Dennis.  OUI, marked lanes violation, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until June 7 2012.  Negligent operation, dismissed.

MACKIN, Wayne P, 31, 8 Attaquin St, Mashpee; false crime report, March 12 in Chatham.  Held.  Admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding until December 7.  Administrative supervision.

ARRAIGNMENTS

GREGORY, Jonathan, 28, 3 Union St., Onset: arraigned on 3 counts of larceny by check and 2 counts of uttering a false check from a complaint issued on June 7. Gregory was released on his own recognizance to appear July 8 for pretrial conference.

MENDONCA, Monica, 26, 18 Barksdale Lane, Acushnet; arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, larceny over $250 and forgery of a document from a complaint issued May 17 in Mattapoisett. Mendonca allegedly forged time sheets to indicate more hours worked. Mendonca provided home care for the victim. The case was continued to July 12 for pretrial conference.

NEE, Matthew W, 34, 330 Main St., Apt. 122, Wareham; Nee was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (soda can) from an incident at a sober house on May 17 in Wareham. According to the report, Wareham police were dispatched to 330 Main St. for a report of a past altercation between 2 residents.  Nee allegedly threw a nearly full soda can at the victims head. The case was continued to July 14 for pretrial conference.

NIGHTINGALE, Peter F, 43, 9 Fifth Ave., Apt B2, Taunton; on the sole charge of assault and battery on a person over 60, disabled, with injury, Nightingale received probation to June 4, 2014. The charge stems from a domestic incident in September 2010.
