MARCELINE, Tyla J, 18, 74 Danvers Way, Hyannis; two counts, assault & battery May 5 in Barnstable.  Count 1, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until December 8.  Count 2, dismissed.

SCANNELL, Serena L, 26, 724 Rte 6A, Yarmouth; violating a harassment protection order, intimidating a witness November 3 2010 in Yarmouth.  Both counts dismissed, "without prejudice."

UGAZ, Eduardo C, 51, 35 Hudson Rd, Yarmouth; assault & battery, May 10 in Yarmouth.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Continued for payment, probation until June 8 2012.

VIERA, Matthew A, 30, 20 off of Mansion St (sic), Harwich; three counts, breaking and entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; attempting to commit a crime, larceny of construction tools, January 20 in Yarmouth.  All counts B&E, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Attempting to commit a crime, larceny, both dismissed.  Six months house of correction, two days credit, committed.  Continued for payment, probation until June 8 2012.

CIBOROWSKI, Kevin J, 33, 8A Larity Ave, Salem; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, speeding, failure to stop for police May 13 in Brewster. OUI liquor, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding until June 8 2012.  Negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed.  Marked lanes violation, not responsible.

CULLEN, Michael G, 52, 15 Oliver's Way, E. Orleans; assault & battery on a 60/disabled person with injury, April 28 in Orleans.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Two and one-half years house of correction, suspended until June 9 2014.  Probation until June 9 2014.

SCARRY, Shannon S, 63, 23 Fox Crossing Rd, Brewster; OUI liquor, negligent operation of of a motor vehicle, open container violation June 5 in Brewster.  OUI liquor, negligent operation, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued with a finding, until June 8 2012.  Open container violation, admitted to sufficient facts.  Found not responsible.
