ARRAIGNMENTS

HALL, Joseph D., 26, 36 Forest St., Apt. 1, Middleboro; from an arrest on June 17, Hall was arraigned on charges of failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, possession of Class B drug, possession of Class D drug, from a motor vehicle stop in Middleboro on Wood St. According to the police report, Hall allegedly passed an unmarked police vehicle at a high rate of speed and failed to stop when the officer activated his blue lights and siren. The case was continued to July 29 for pretrial conference.

FLYNN, Jamie, 34, 25 Silo Lane, Middleboro; from a complaint issued June 13, Flynn was arraigned on a charge of possession of a firearm without FID card.

KELLY, James P., 25, 15 Parker Dr., Wareham; from an arrest on June 18, Kelly was arraigned on 2 counts of assault and battery (domestic) and 1 count of vandalize property. Kelly was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 3 for pretrial conference.

MCADAMS, Kevin M. Jr., 41, 13 Ninth St., Onset; McAdams was arraigned on charges of attempting to commit a crime, improper use of a credit card under $250, receiving stolen property and larceny under $250 stemming from the use and attempted use of a credit card that had been lost by the victim.

LEWIS, Robert E., 54, 44 Navaho Shores Rd., Middleboro; from an arrest on June 18, Lewis was arraigned on charges of OUI 3rd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation. The case was continued to July 29 for pretrial conference.

GILL, Rodney, 45, 1063 Rhonda Dr., New Bedford; arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation on June 18 on Rt. 44 S. State police stopped Gill after responding to a call of a vehicle operating erratically.

DISPOSITIONS

WILLIS, Richard C., Jr., 55, 4 Priscilla Mullen Way, Carver; from a complaint issued September 17, 2010, Willis entered a guilty plea on a charge of OUI 2nd offense, receiving 2 years probation, 24D mandatory program, loss of license, and over $600 in fees and assessments. Willis was arrested by State Police after a motor vehicle crash on Rt. 195 W. in Wareham.

LERUTH, Alexander J., 22, 5 John Matthews Road, Southborough; from an arrest on March 12 by Middleboro police, Leruth admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding, with probation to June 15, 2012, 45 day loss of license, $400 in fees and assessments.

ARRAIGNMENTS

RENA, Richard E., 27, 7 Forbes St. #1, Jamaica Plain, and ACEVEDO, Karolin R., 23, 1710 N. Main St., Fall River; from an arrest on June 13, both were arraigned on a charge of possession of Class E drug (Naproxen) from a motor vehicle stop on Mattakeesett St. on June 13. Pretrial was set for August 16.

DISPOSITIONS

IODICE, Dina, 35, 11 Tideview Path, Apt. 15, Plymouth; from an arrest on October 25, 2010, Iodice admitted to sufficient facts to the charges of assault, assault and battery on a police officer, and reckless endangerment of a child. The case was continued without a finding, with probation to June 15, 2012.

ARRAIGNMENTS

FLAHERTY, Jenna E., 26, 18 Weybosset St., E. Weymouth; from a complaint issued April 6, Flaherty was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering vehicle/boat, night, for felony, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and larceny of a drug, from a break into a vehicle in a driveway on Hobomock St. Flaherty allegedly broke into the vehicle and stole a prescription bottle of Percocet. Flaherty was released on her own recognizance to appear on August 11 for pretrial conference.

TOCCI, Vincent A., 44, 23 Signal Hill Rd., Marshfield; arraigned on charges of assault and battery, domestic, released on his own recognizance to appear on July 22 for pretrial conference.

PEREZ, Samuel, 39, 59 Summer St., Apt. C, Plymouth; from an arrest on June 13, Perez was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation. According to the police report, Perez was allegedly observed by Kohl’s security removing clothes from hangers and taking them to the return counter for a credit. Pretrial conference is set for June 22.

KEENE, Marielena E.,44, 21 Patriot Circle, Plymouth; from an arrest on June 14, Keene was arraigned on 2 counts of possession with intent to distribute Class D drug, possession of class D drug, and possession of class B drug. Keene was released on her own recognizance to appear for pretrial conference on June 30.

CROWLEY, Kevin M. 58, 87 Main St., Apt. 2, Kingston; from a complaint issued May 4, Crowley was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a handgun. Pretrial conference was set for July 22.

WHITE, Shawn J., 34, 186 Taffrail Rd., Quincy; from an arrest on June 11, White was arraigned on charges of possession of Class A drug, subsequent offense, and shoplifting over $100, from an incident at Home Depot in Plymouth. White was held on $2500 cash bail for his appearance on June 29 for pretrial conference.

VINAL, Sarah, 31, 201 Chapel St., Pembroke; from a complaint issued June 15, Vinal was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery, domestic. Vinal was released on her own recognizance to appear on August 10 for pretrial conference.

POIRIER, Jeffrey, 32, Maple St., Kingston; arraigned on charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct, and accost/annoy person of the opposite sex. According to the police report, Poirier allegedly grabbed a Dunkin Donuts clerk by the face with both hands and tried to kiss her. Pretrial was set for June 24.

SLINEY, Anthony, 17, 34 Skylark Ave., Plymouth; arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation. According to the police report, Plymouth police were dispatched to Kohl’s for a report that a clerk had witnessed Sliney pick up a sterling silver ring and put it in his pocket. When searched, Sliney allegedly had 3 sterling silver rings in his pocket. The case was continued to September 15 for pretrial conference.

BODELL, Anne M., 50, 11 Parker Rd., Pembroke; from an arrest on June 14, Bodell was arraigned on charges of OUI and leaving the scene after property damage. Police allege that Bodell hit a stockade fence in a residential neighborhood in Pembroke, left the scene, and drove home. Bodell was released on her own recognizance to appear on July 6 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

CARROLL, William F., 24, 9 Boxwood Lane, Duxbury; from an arrest on May 13, Carroll admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of possession of Class B drug, cocaine. The case was continued without a finding with probation to December 14, 2011, $50 per month probation fee.

WEAVER, Ryan, 20, 64 Bartlett Rd., Plymouth; from a complaint issued December 29, 2010, a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, domestic, was dismissed for failure to prosecute.
