HANLON, same.   Larceny over $250, November 26 2010 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Continued for payment, probation until June 20 2014.

HANLON, same.   Class B drug possession, January 7 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

KELLY, Katelyn E, 22, 250 Cross St, Seekonk; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, no sticker, June 14 in Yarmouth.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until June 21 2012.  Other counts, not recorded.  Restitution, amount not specified.

IANNYZZI, Paul A Jr., 50, 63 Appallosa Circle, Tyngsboro; operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and suspended registration on May 23 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for September 21, 2014.

FARACI, Joseph Jr., 47, 371 Palmer Ave. Falmouth; malicious damage under $250 in Falmouth on May 23. Defendant placed on probation until June 20, 2012. Restitution to be paid in $50/month increments.

MOJICA, Carlos, 34, 20 Oro St. Woonsocket, RI; use of motor vehicle without authority on September 24, 2003 in Falmouth. Bail set on June 22, 2011.

WOOD, Daniel P, 23, 25 Prospect St. Falmouth; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and leaving the scene with property damage on May 21 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for July 20. Owner of Grumpy’s Pub came in to file an incident report of property damage after a car driven by Mr. Wood destructed shrubs, granite fixtures, and a yard located at 18 Locust St on May 21. Mr. Wood was refused service at Grumpy’s establishment on May 21. After getting upset he then fled to his car and took off at a high rate of speed, jumped the curb and destroyed property at 18 Locust St. An unidentified patron recognized the driver as Mr. Wood. Shortly after the incident the telephone at Grumpy’s rang and when answered by a staff member the person on the phone used an expletive and caller identification showed the number and name of that belonging to Mr. Wood.

DISPOSITIONS

TAYLOR, David M, 24, 757 County Rd. Pocasset; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, and left lane restriction violation on April 19 in Falmouth. Dismissed, not responsible.

BARBOSA, Carmos, 56, 842 W. Falmouth Highway Falmouth; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding on May 23 in Mashpee. To be dismissed upon court costs, not responsible.

CARVALHO, Gregory A, 29, marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of liquor second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle on December 20, 2010. Dismissed.

SAVAGE, Patricia R, 24, 46 Somerset Rd. Mashpee; marked lanes violation on April 28 in Mashpee, found not responsible. Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on April 28, in Mashpee, to be dismissed upon court costs.

RACHEOTES, Christian G, 30, 5 Foretop Rd. Buzzards Bay; assault and battery on June 7, 2010 in Bourne, dismissed. Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (firearm) on June 7, 2010 in Bourne, dismissed. Improper storage of a firearm on June 7, 2010 in Bourne continued without a finding. Hearing to be held on June 20 2012.

SOKOLL, Megan L, 25, 2 Wedgewood Dr, Seekonk; Class A drug possession, heroin; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; unsafe operation of a motor vehicle; miscellaneous equipment violation June 21 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 25.  According to police reports, an officer assigned to marked patrol on a mountain bike observed Sokoll operating a Suzuki Sidekick with a cracked windshield.  Sokoll informed the officer she could not produce her license because it was suspended.  Sokoll was arrested.  She admitted to possession of "heroin or cocaine," and surrendered a small plastic bag from inside her bra.

VIGLIANO, Daniel D, 26, 50 Lots Hollow Rd, Orleans; assault & battery; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, hands/feet/etc, June 20 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 15.

THOMSON, Tyler E, 23, 27 Dugans Pond Ln, Chatham; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation June 11 in Chatham.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  OUI liquor, negligent operation, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding until June 21 2012.  Marked lanes, not responsible.

ARRAIGNMENTS

PARKER, Abel G, 21, 81 Manomet Ave., Plymouth; from an arrest on June 21, Parker was arraigned on a charge of possession of Class B drug in connection with a domestic dispute on Ames Island Rd. on June 21. Abel was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 24 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

FLANDERS, David, 31, 36 Gordon St., Allston; from an arrest on March 25, 2007, Flanders plead guilty to a charge of OUI 2nd offense from a motor vehicle stop in Middleboro in 2007. The charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed. Flanders was placed on probation to June 18, 2013 and required to participate in a drug and alcohol program.
