EDWARDS, Paul J, 41, 81 Rte 28 Rd, S. Yarmouth; larceny over $250, June 25 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 2.  According to police reports, Edwards is a suspect in the theft of 22 CDs from a CVS store in Barnstable.  He was holding a bag containing the CDs when arrested.

PABALIS, Shawn R, 37, 11 Chapel Hill Dr, Apt 6, Plymouth; breaking & entering for felonious purposes; assault & battery; annoying phone calls, November 14 2006 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 25.  According to police reports, Pabalis and another resident of the NOAH shelter were involved in a dispute.  The victim sustained a bloody nose and lip.

SUKHARSKY, Aleksandr M, 33, 52 Strathmore Rd Apt #42, Brighton; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle; failure to stop/yield, resisting arrest, June 27 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 12.

SUNDBERG, Mary, 45, 100 Alewife Rd, Plymouth; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a door, June 25 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 18.

TILLMAN, Domenique, 17, 139 Ridgewood Ave, Hyannis; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; leaving the scene of personal injury; state highway traffic violation; no sticker; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a Jeep, June 24 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 26.  According to police reports, Tillman rear-ended the vehicle in front of him, then drove away in a dark-colored Jeep Liberty.

ARRAIGNMENTS

LONGANBACH, Scott M, 46, 56 Longwood Ave., Apt. 32, Onset; from an arrest on June 25, Longanbach was arraigned on charges of possession of Class B drug, cocaine, and operating without a license from a motor vehicle stop at 2:30 am on Rhode Island Rd., by Lakeville police. Longanbach was originally stopped for not having an inspection sticker. Police became suspicious when the officer observed a female passenger not wearing any pants. After a further inquiry the officer concluded that the passenger was intoxicated and the operator, Longanbach, was operating the passenger’s vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Longanbach allegedly dropped a small package of what appeared to be crack cocaine on the street next to the vehicle.  The case was continued to July 28 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

BLOOMSTEIN, Augie Jr, 30, 137 Haskell Ridge Rd., Rochester;  charges of OUI drugs and marked lane violation were dismissed for failure to prosecute.

MULLEN, Tim, 28, 2 Burfield Rd., W. Wareham; charges of disturbing the peace, assault and battery (domestic) and 3 counts of assault with a dangerous weapon were all dismissed for failure to prosecute. In a companion case, MULLEN, Nicholas, had charges of assault and battery (domestic), disturbing the peace and assault with a dangerous weapon dismissed for failure to prosecute.
