ARRAIGNMENTS

CANTY, Michael W, 19, 14 Danvers Way, Hyannis; carrying a dangerous weapon, a knife; trespassing; disorderly conduct, vandalizing property June 23 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 29.  According to police reports, a Barnstable detective was parked on Main Street supervising the Street Crime Unit when a potted plant struck the hood of his unmarked car.  Five males took off, running across the rooftops which are joined together on Main Street.  Further investigation revealed Main Street Hyannis was littered with potted plants thrown from above.  All five youths were arrested.  Canty was found in possession of a double-edged knife.

CHISHOLM, Michelle, 26, 10 Fresh Holes Rd, Hyannis; assault & batttery with a dangerous weapon, a glass candlestick holder; assault & battery, June 23 in Barnstable.  Pretrial hearing scheduduled for July 26.

ESTRELLA, Alessandra, 20, 19 Bowsprit Ln, Bourne; conspiracy to violate drug laws, June 23 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 29.

FITZPATRICK, Brian A, 19, 119 Nashua Rd, Billerica; disorderly conduct, trespassing, vandalizing property, June 23 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 29.  See CANTY, above.

MCBRIDE, Kyle M, 17, 23 Starbucks Ln, W. Yarmouth; vandalizing property, furnishing a false name or social security number, trespassing, disorderly conduct, June 23 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 29.  See FITZPATRICK, above.

PISINSKI, Abigail K, 22, 107 Main St, Southborough; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, June 13 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 23.

RADZIK, Michael W, 17, 225 Compass Cir, Hyannis; vandalizing property; person under 21 in possession of liquor; trespassing; disorderly conduct, June 23 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 29.  Co-defendant with FITZPATRICK, MCBRIDE and CANTY above.

TILLMAN, Dino J, 22, 337 Mitchells Way, Hyannis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine; conspiracy to violate drug laws, June 23 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 29. 

DISPOSITIONS

FIGGIE, David, 48, 10 Nottingham, Barnstable; OUI drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation April 9 in Yarmouth.  First two counts, dismissed.  Marked lanes, not recorded.

SMITH, Sean M, 25, 85 Devon Ln, Marstons Mills; five counts, Class E drug possesion, May 22 in Barnstable.  Four counts, dismissed.  Fifth count, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment unti December 21. 

SOMERS, Sean R, 24, 14 Flat St Apt #A, Dennis; OUI liquor, speeding, May 21 in Yarmouth.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until June 22 2012.  Speeding, not recorded.

ARRAIGNMENTS

ANDERSON JR, James A, 61, 715 Main St, W. Dennis; assault to murder; assault & battery with a dangerous weap0n, a knife or cutting instrument, June 22 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for June 27.  According to police reports, Anderson, who is disabled, was aggravated by neighbors next door "drinking and fighting" all day.  He asked the neighbors to be quiet.  One man took exception to this and a fight ensued.  The victim, also disabled, sustained deep lacerations to the neck.  The weapon used is in dispute, and was described variously as a pocket knife and a samurai sword.

CASH, William D, 60, 21 Boulder Rd, Brewster; Class B drug possession, oxycodone; class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone; conspiracy to violate drug laws, June 23 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 22.

DECOSTER, Joshua A, 31, 4 Eldridge Pond Rd, Harwich; conspiracy to violate drug laws, Class B drug possession, oxycodone, June 23 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 22.  Co-defendant with SPEIGHT and CHASE.

PEREZ, Tito D, 39, 968 Commercial St, Apt 3, Provincetown; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, no sticker, marked lanes violation June 24 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 22.

PROIA, Karen, 43, 351 Rte 28, Main St, W. Dennis; assault & battery, April 23 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 15.

SPEIGHT, Sara, 22, 4 Eldridge Pond Rd, Harwich; conspiracy to violate drug laws; Class B drug possession, oxycodone, June 23 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 22.

DISPOSITIONS

DEWEY, Jenilynn, 20, 2 Old Colony Rd, Harwich; assault & batttery with a dangerous weapon; assault & battery, March 29 in Harwich.  Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.  Assault & battery, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Six months house of correction, suspended until December 21.  Probation until December 21.

McSWEENEY, Daniel C, 48, 35 Phillips Rd. Hyannis; forge/misuse of a registry of motor vehicle document, no inspection sticker in Mashpee May 17. To be dismissed upon restitution.
