KELLEY, Laura L, 40, 2204 Falmouth Rd, Centerville; assault, amended to assault & battery; larceny of a drug, amended to larceny under $250; larceny under $250, March 16 in Yarmouth.  All counts dismissed.

KILEY, Shayne F, 22, 6 Samoset Rd, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery, March 31 in Yarmouth.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued for payment, continued without a finding until June 29 2012.  

SANTOS, Debra M, 42, 45 Higgions Crowell Rd, W. Yarmouth; assault; larceny under $250; intimidating a witness; larceny of a drug, March 16 in Yarmouth.  Jury trial.  All counts dismissed.

SIMS, Hannah M, 22, 432 Hollis St, Framingham; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; larceny from a building; leaving the scene of personal injury, February 21 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.  Defendant discharged.

SYPEK, Brock J, 19, 245 Poponesset Rd, Cotuit; breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; assault & battery; intimidating a witness; larceny over 250, May 17 in Barnstable.  Breaking & entering, larceny over $250, both dismissed.  All other counts, guilty.  Two years house of correction, one year to be served, forty-three days credit.  Balance suspended until June 25, 2013.  Provide DNA sample.

SYPEK, same.  Assault & battery; vandalizing property; two counts, intimidating a witness, March 29 in Barnstable.  Intimidating a witness, both counts dismissed.  A&B, vandalizing property, both guilty plea.  Both guilty finding.  Two years house of correction, 43 days credit, balance suspended until June 28 2013.  Vandalizing property, dismissed. 

TERRY, Patricia R, 42, 916 Rte 28, Harwich; OUI liquor, no sticker, license not in possession, June 20 in Barnstable. OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until June 29 2012.  No sticker, dismissed.  License not in possession, not recorded.

ARRAIGNMENTS

STONE, Debbie, 47, 3343 Cedar Crest Loop, Spring Hills, FL; Stone was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250 on a disabled person over 60, in Middleboro. According to the police report, Stone allegedly misused funds from an account that she was to manage as a guardianship. Her case was continued to August 8 for pretrial conference.

MCDONALD, Steven S, 25, 6 Southwick St., Middleboro, and DAVIS, James R, 23 Erica Rd., Middleboro; from an arrest on June 29, both men were arraigned on a charge of conspiracy to violate drug law in Middleboro. The charge stems from an alleged marijuana transaction on June 29 behind Benny’s.

JAMES, Christopher L, 24, LKA (last known address) 759 Main St., Apt. A, Wareham; from a complaint issued June 28, James was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250 from the alleged theft of a cell phone. According to the report, James was identified from surveillance footage as the person who snatched a cell phone left on a counter by a customer at Dunkin' Donuts on Main Street. James was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 11 for pretrial conference.

SILVA, Brandon P, 21, 92 Cushman St., Acushnet, and BRIGHTMAN, Nicholas D, 30, 55 James St., Acushnet; from an arrest on June 29, both men were arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250 in connection with the alleged sale of $150,000 worth of silver stolen from Kanaka Technology in New Bedford. According to the police report, a Wareham police officer reviewing pawn records at the Gateway Gold and Pawn Shop uncovered the evidence required to arrest the two men. Silva and Brightman were released on their own recognizance to appear on August 10 for pretrial conference.
